I have been going to this Subway for years. Was great until new owner and rude manager took over recently. Will not return. Waited20 minutes after arriving to pick up an online order. Manager gave me dirty looks while I waited for 20 minutes before he decided to start my order. Gave me wrong toppings and was very rude. Tried going back again with family. Rude behavior again and manager came out and was not much better. Wow! And to top it off they will not accept any coupons anymore. Hope we get new owner soon as I and my friends will not be back until then.
Will never go here again. Spent $30 on three subs and they were so messed up. While my dtr placed the order, they had her proceed to checkout before they were finished being made. Light lettuce was ordered on one. Literally God 6 shreds. Cheese was no where to be seen. My dtr ordered a tuna sub. The tuna was scooped with a tiny scooper and not enough to fill a footlong. She was told that they couldn't press the tuna down because they didn't have a spatula. Usually the backside of the scooper is used. I'm sorry, but these teenagers are not trained properly and the product quality that was visible was bad. Lettuce was somewhat brown in places, and food was dropped inside the topping trays, contaminating it. Firehouse subs are more expensive but at least the quality is much better!
This Subway location on North Main Street in Summerville is a well managed Subway that does everything that you need from a Subway. The staff here is very friendly and efficient at making sandwiches just the way you want. I have been happy with all of the orders that I have made from here.

Horrible food!!! Very dirty and manger or owner is rude!!! Don’t waste your time or money!!! I wish I would of walked out and left the subs on the counter!!!
Did online order which was messed up when we got home , called to explain the situation. The person speaking with rudely hangs up .Permanently lost our business........
Staff are not to pleasant no sweet tea because they don’t have the equipment to make it is what I was told. Place was pretty clean. Wouldn’t go back an probably won’t
This subway’s customer service is absolutely terrible. As soon as you walk in the door the lady with short hair aggressively yells its gonna be a minute .. overal just unprofessional. The co worker and This lady just argues back and forth complaining about each other. Half of the soda machine is out. There are no cookies made. Apparently they are low on bread and the bread they did cook was too hard so everyone was leaving because of this factor. Subs were made so messy and unprofessional the bread was cut like a hotdog and not as a sub.. I feel like until they get new workers and management this subway is a lost cause. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY !! Go to another subway if you would like better quality food and service.
Older women with a short pixie cut outgrown hair style messed up mine and my boyfriends sandwiches we used to come to this store all the time I no will be spending my money here she treated my boyfriend like he was being rude which he wasn’t and she hardly put any lettuce and pickles on my sandwich. So I will no longer be coming to this location.
I had a pleasant experience at this subway today. They were very nice and made my sandwich to perfection. I never have any issues with my order when I walk in. The store is also very clean. Thank you! I will be back.
