Apparently it’s closed this morning? No indication that it is thought…waited with many others in the drive thru for about 10 minutes before a contractor (guy with orange vest that doesn’t work for Starbucks) comes around to tell everyone they are closed. Pull around, 3 Starbucks employees are sitting on the front patio enjoying their coffees and laughing it up….I get we are in different times right now, and I’m not complaining about the building being closed, I’m complaining about the lack of caring that customers are sitting there waiting while they are just hanging out.

I understand Starbucks usually taken a while in the line but 40 minutes? The lady two cars ahead of me was sitting at the window for over 10 minutes. I haven’t been here for a while but I remember why I don’t go to Starbucks now. Lol. I only came today because I was super early for picking my daughter up from school, so to waste time. but this was more annoying then anything else. Lol. For the prices of these drinks, It shouldn’t take that long…Update: I paid $6.25 for a medium coffee and it is super bitter. End of story? Never coming back here. Lol. What a waste of my time and money. :(

Baristas shouldn't look at you like you're dumb when you ask to reload your card. I've met a lot of baristas who can reload and scan for my order in the same swipe, but a lot also don't know how to do that maybe because they're new. Poor service but it's usually better at this place.

This used to be my favorite location when I moved to the area 4 years ago, but it has gone steadily downhill over the last 2 years. Their hours are inconsistent, it takes 30 minutes to go through the drive through, order ahead is never available and when it is, you’re still waiting 15 minutes after it should be ready. I used to come in multiple times a week and now I rarely do. Big bummer.

Mobile ordered a drink, and went in to pick it up. After waiting a few moments, asked where my drink was in the system, was told they were running about 30 minutes behind. Told the employee not to worry about it (not mad AT ALL, they had shown up and were working, bless them), and left without my drink. Called customer service and they were super friendly and processed my refund right away!

Store hours seemingly change every other day. Mobile ordering is never turned on any more, even when 6-7 people are working and no customers are in the store. Quite frequently drive thru only is the only option, but who has 30 minutes to wait in a drive thru for coffee while on the way to work?

Never opens on time! Horrible to wake up and head to starbucks just to see people not to work on time… puts a damper on anyones day when this happens. This is the third time I have came and it was closed 40 minutes after the time they were supposed to open.

I understand this location gets busy in the morning. Mistakes happen, that’s not a problem. But when I enter your location to return the wrong item that the drive thru employee gave me and that employee argues with ME telling me I’m wrong for accepting and returning the wrong item that she gave me instead of simply stating “Sorry for the confusion, here is your correct item” that’s when I decide to head to Dunkin from now on. Last week this same employee refused to mix my iced coffee for me, she handed me a black coffee with cream on top and said I needed to come in to get it mixed. I have spent $750 this year at this place and my New Years resolution is to stop.

Not from the area, but 25 mins in a line for drive through is nuts for coffee! They have no other option except drive-through with no order ahead! Unless you got nothing better to do! Suggest using a different location or coffee shop.

Ordering and associate serving was good. The reason for poor review is the Frappuccino that I received tasted like spoiled milk when I went back to return it the lobby was closed at 1pm. I called to explain the situation and was directed to again wait in the extremely line about 20 cars to have my order corrected.
