You'd think, after all these years, they would be able to stack a sandwich so that everything lines up. It's not fun when you go to grad your sandwich out of the bag and the insides are falling out.I only wish I could have taken a picture...
I'll admit my first choice isn't Starbucks, but having started to move to the area last week, we made several stops at this location in the mornings. The staff was always super friendly and helpful despite being in a continuously stressful and face-paced environment--as you'd expect here. They always made my coffee and my wife's hot chocolate the way we wanted.
I am a partner with this amazing company and happen to work at a different location. I frequent this store each morning on my way to work and just love everyone that works here. They are always wearing a contagious smile and make me feel part of the family. Along with their amazing spirt, their quality in the drinks they make are the same. You can definitely tell that the ones who work at this location take pride in their work and enjoy what they do. I would give this store 100 stars if it were an option to do so.
If you can go to this Starbucks instead of the one over by Walmart on main street, I HIGHLY recommend you do so. This location is much nicer, easier in and out, better service and better drinks overall.
3 strikes and You're Out. The proactive customer service at this location is Non-Existent. Let someone wait for a mobile order only to find out they are out of one of the ingredients. However, they still tried to pass off the drink like nothing was wrong.Each time I give this location another try, I just get more disappointed. Well NEVER AGAIN..!!
This is the money starbucks I go to...love the customer service and the employee are always nice and respectful.
Hot drinks on mobile order were wrong. One hot and one cold.. Creme brulee tasted like plain warm milk.? The bread on one sandwich was super hard! Just not a good experience at this location. Will not be back!
Worst customer service ever! Care less for their clients and have no clue of how their company works.One of their pine trees felt on my head! I’m still waiting to hear from this-carelessly company !It would have been nice to at least hear from them…since that day I’ve been more than five times and they kept on apologizing but no managers have ever contact me ir intended to speak with me.I only wanted one thing “ and it was to take care of a possible worst escenario occurring in this premises.But, it seems they really don’t care. That says a lot about a company ?
I'm obsessed with their frozen peppermint chocolate chip. My fiancée is very picky and I ordered him one an oh have I ever created a monster now lol.
Took 35 minutes past estimated time for a mobile order to get an iced coffee. There was only 1 barista making drinks for all of the customers inside of the store while 3 others did seemingly nothing to help alleviate the massive backlog of drinks. Ridiculous.
