They're constantly out of espresso. Like every month.

It’s hit or miss on service. I stopped ordering on the app because they never add in any customizations, and if you show up earlier than the time given they like to chastise you. There are a few cool cats though.

Never forget the owner of Stsrbucks sold the Sonics to an Oklahoma businessman and claimed he didn't know he would move them.

I came in to get an Iced apple crisp macchiato, the line was not terrible but it wasn’t short. There were two customers in front of me who wanted to change their orders or add things after their drinks had been made and the Second one wasn’t kind about it at all. One of the Baristas was so kind and never once got an attitude back and in fact was even nicer to them. Her name was Meg. As a manager who oversees 48 people, the employees like Meg deserve an award! Especially in these days. So Starbucks, I hope you appreciate Meg and let her know that she is doing a great job and deserves recognition! I will now visit this location more often because of her!

No suger free vanilla, no cold brew and no lids for cups

Me and my mom were at Starbucks! And I asked for a double chocolate chip frappe and the lady rolled her eyes! My mom asked for a drink and they were rude and said they don’t have it! Then they continued to make my drink wrong something completely different and we told her and she says “well doYou want me to make you a different one” and didn’t fill it all the way and dumped it down the drain! Terrible experience ??

Always stop in when I visit Harris Teeter. Never a long wait and always well prepared drinks presented by a friendly staff!

Why bother rating a national chain? Because not all locations are created equal. That’s what we go for, right? Consistency in product. Unfortunately this location has failed my family and I many times over on the quality we love at Starbucks. They just seem to mix the drinks wrong, terribly wrong, and they end up tasting awful. I’m writing this in hopes someone takes notice and get these folks some quality control training. The latest failure was an ice cloud macchiato. What I like about this drink is the light cloud-foam, the subtle sweet, and defined coffee flavor and how it balances all to not be overwhelmingly sweet or flavorful - you can still appreciate the coffee in it! The first sip tasted like straight syrup, so overpowering that the coffee wasn’t even detectable. Not only was the “cloud” consistency all wrong and the ratios of the whole drink off, when I tried to salvage it by scooping out the mess off the toppings and ice, and pour out what I could of the “coffee” it had the exact consistency of syrup, the whole “drink” was sticky, slow pouring, and looked like milky syrup. The liquid part was so bogged down with syrup it was disgusting. My cousin, who had ordered the same drink at the same time as me, too, had to throw her’s out it was so vial. Note that in the photo - this is how it looked on the counter straight from the Barista. This has not been shaken or stirred. This is not what a cloud macchiato should look like.

Great service as always. Friendly & delightful. Drinks were delicious.
