The lady that’s always in the drive thru (with the glasses) is very unpleasant and unfriendly. You would think after coming there 40+ times that she’d remember you but she doesn’t. On top of that my order was wrong - I asked for cold foam and she gave me sweet foam. She wasn’t willing to fix it so I took it since she was unapologetic.I worked for Starbucks for two years and the one thing I know is that if the customers order was wrong, fix it and definitely don’t hand it back. I also learned peoples name if I knew they were coming often. The other employees seem very nice except her.Sadly, I will not be coming back to this location.
Staff here are always super friendly and to the point. Placement of the shop is good too; it's nice to grab a drink before heading into Walmart.
This was not a good experience. The Carmel was all the way at the bottom of my drink and no straw was giving to mix it up. I asked for my banana nut bread to be warm and it was cold. I will not be going back. I prefer the Nexton location over this one.
Told the young man at the window before I gave him my phone I wanted to use my stars he said ok. scanned my phone then needed a manager to remove my payment so he can use the stars. He right out lied to the manager and said I told he after I paid that I wanted to use them. Even my kids herd me tell him before I even gave him my phone I wanted to use the stars. I think I will stick to my favorite one on Dorchester road.
The staff here is kind and hard working. They are always busy. The drinks are well made and the place is clean. Love it!
My wife loves his place. I guess I don't get impressed easily. I just can't see paying so much money for overpriced coffee. I make pretty good coffee at home and I can flavor it just as good.
They're pretty fast and always friendly. Fun flavors with new options frequently added, enjoy the variety. I've received more than one coffee with scalded milk tho soooo it's a gamble if you're gonna get a good cup. Not a place to go if you're a connoisseur looking for a gourmet cup of coffee. It's alright for what it really is--convenient, since they are many. How did something so ? meh get so pervasive?
The customer service was great but i had the worse peppermint mocha i’ve ever had in my life. It wasn’t dark like a regular mocha should look, it was very light, no taste of mocha or coffee. It just tasted like milk with a distant peppermint taste
The absolute worse food and bev facility I've ever been to.This is the 4th time I've given this location a chance. This is there 4th epic failure. On every occasion I have ordered here the coffee has NEVER been ready and I've waited for over 15-20 mins ALL 4 TIMES.Not so much as an "I'm sorry" or "is there anything we can do to make it right" with a manager present and assisting again ALL 4 TIMES.My time is much more valuable than this facility assumes and so is yours. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at any and all cost!
Bought a sausage, egg, & cheese English muffin sandwich and the sandwich was cold, refrigerator cold! The egg was still frozen
