I never complain about service because I know these places are short handed. But the poor guy in the drive thru was overwhelmed and wasn't taking orders at the speaker so it was making things worse. A mgr finally stepped in after I waited for around 15 min in the drive thru. And part of qmy order was wrong. I live this location and hope they were just having an off day.

I’m not usually one to complain… but come on… waited 20 minutes for a BLACK ICED COFFEE.Got to me full of sugar and I guess vanilla flavoring…. Don’t have the patience at that point to get it exchanged… it had already been years since I went to Sonic from my order being messed up and this extra solidified I won’t be back for several more years.

Prior to this morning, this Sonic location was a five star rating. However, they seem to be sliding or slacking recently. This morning my family and decided to try Breakfast at this Sonic.. The carhop (emp#15?) was very slow, lacking customer service skills, and the desire to perform her job adequately. The manager ended up having to come out and verify a mistake with our order (two drink add-ins),and apparently the manager was just as frustrated as we were, or just hating the day. Then after leaving, the iced vanilla coffee with caramel that we paid for, tasted like mop water with a hint of vanilla and no caramel. Had to make another stop at Bigby's for a real iced coffee.Disappointing and Ripped off.

Giving GREGORY 5 stars! He is a hard worker doing his best today to cook AND run food since they were short staffed today. Gregory is friendly and fast and cooked an amazing burger. Thanks Gregory

Food was actually very good and ready very quickly even at a busy time, but the best part was the carhop named Chad! Things he said and just his whole demeanor kept me giggling long after I'd left! It'd been quite a long time since having such a downright HAPPY fast food encounter! The service was much appreciated!

The little fella doing bellhop sunday evening was overwhelmed and alone delivering food to the cars. He was doing the best he could. I think the shift manager got mad when I sent back a burnt bacon sandwich I did not order. It was unbelievably burnt and not edible. She sid replace it but seemed overwhelmed & upset also.

I still couldn't use their app and after trying for over thirty minutes. I just wanted a half sweet, half unsweet tea. I did get it. This is my go to place for tea.

Irritated my Sonic Blast always have a few toppings thrown on top of the dessert, but nothing blended in the actual ice cream. What I received looks nothing like the pictures they advertise.

Took forever to get my food. It was cold when getting it. The chili for my cheese coney was cold like they didn't even bother to heat it up. The chili cheese tots where not even cooked all the way. My kids burgers were cold and like cardboard. They didn't even finish eating them. This has got to be the worst experience at a Sonic ever. We definitely will not be going back to this Sonic.

Ordered sonic tonight, a bacon cheese burger tester and a super sonic cheese burger. Both burgers where very dry, like hockey pucks. Seems like they had I set aside already cooked all shift. Fries where stale and hard wish I would of tasted before driving off.Seems like you cook and hold way to much food.
