I hate doing this on here, but there is no voicemail set up for the store. The owner seems to be responsive here though. I did a mobile order this morning. It will only go through during scheduled business hours. However, when I pulled up to pick up my smoothie at 8 am (business supposedly opened at 7) there was no one there. I have attempted to call the store multiple times to get a refund. No one has answered. I do not know the store number and can not locate it in the app; and, therefore can not get help from corporate customer service. I just want a refund for the $10 smoothie I never received.
Hours posted that it closes at 9pm but arbitrarily they closed right as my wife and I were walking to their establishment at 8:15pm.Drove 17 miles to get here after coming off work. Not cool
Ordered online and came to pick up in an ambulance that didn't fit under the over hang. Tried to get inside and the door was locked. Knocked on the door and was directed to tye drive-thru. I had to walk through. Whenni got to the window I was told. " you need to call next time I can't have you walking through here." When I explained I knocked and you wouldn't let me in." I was told " I was busy." I would have waited if asked. No worries about us coming back
I have been a customer since the Cane Bay opening and yesterday I came in to ask for my normal smoothie. I asked and paid for it to have the regular milk substituted with oat milk and boy was I surprised when this did not happen. Both myself and my grandson were ill all night. I called the next day (today) and spoke to Lilla who advised me that I was not able to get a refund as this is the store policy - if you do not bring the shake back. How can you when the toilet became your best friend because of an employee mistake. I asked for a manager and she suggested that I call the district manager and then stated that she could not give me her number or email and that this person was out sick and I needed to understand she may not be able to call me until she recovered. No one at this location cared enough to even say sorry for the mistake - or bring the receipt back in for us to remake it. Just simply - there is nothing we can do. This is NOT acceptable and the policy needs to change. How can I bring a drink back after hours? How does this location account for its lack of concern and attention to detail? So if a child says they have a peanut allergy and you use the peanut scooper and the kids dies - then what - they must bring the dead child and the smoothie back for evidence? I am so happy it was just my gut that was messed up and nothing else. You need to retrain your staff and your alleged GM Lilla .
My wife and I spent the day biking around Cane Bay. It was a hot day so we decided to stop into Smoothie King for a refreshing smoothie. We were welcomed by two young adults who could not have been more than 16. I believe their names were Evelyn and Noah. They prepared our drinks with great expertise and efficiency. As we enjoyed our drinks we were so impressed with the way they put their heart and sole into their work with smiles on their faces. We were so moved with their level of dedication. They could have been out in the sunshine enjoying the day but instead hard at work. It was heart warming. After we were done we called them over to simply express our gratitude and tell them they should be proud of themselves. We left them a hefty tip (money talks) . Kids like this are the future of our country,
The staff was super friendly and very busy. Great attitude. Asked me if I had the App. Noah and Evelyn are great. I would hire them if they didn't make such great smoothies.
The service was awesome. Very friendly girl at the drive up window. Received our drink in a timely manner for a drive thru. Will definitely come back.
The Choc peanut peanut power was amazing. Always on point! Lilia and Becca are always smiling and friendly and make great smoothies!
Not sure who is back there making the smoothies but omg. ??? just had a strawberry slim n trim & i will definitely be back❤️
Garrett was FANTASTIC. The best employee at this location! Super friendly and kindhearted. He absolutely deserves a raise! I got my mixed berry immune builder in RECORD TIME for this location (which says a lot).
