The store was mostly clean there were not flying all around the area where you can pump extra teriyaki or white sauce the tables were not clean you can see other people have eaten there. My husband got a steak and chicken bowl the steak was dry and difficult to chew the chicken is kind of gelatinous. I got the chicken meal with rice and cut up vegetables. I don't know how they make their chicken taste smokey and have the texture of anything but chicken. The vegetables tasted like there was a smoked flavor seasoning poured on. We also got spring rolls. three small extremely greasy spring rolls there was a puddle of grease in the takeout box when I took them out. The inside was mushy as if the roll did not cook all the way the outside was flaky but the inside was a big pile of mush that is green and red.
I love how fast and fresh their food is at the drive through! It's so convenient!
If I could give zero stars I would. I used to always come here and the food was always really good, but today I went and it was drive thru only and the food was terrible! It wasnt very fresh, the steak wasnt tender like it used to be and it was flavorless. Not to mention it really messed up mine and my girlfriends stomach really bad. Then on top of that I asked for a lot of white sauce and they gave me 3 of the smallest containers and they weren't even close to being halfway filled. So I had to go back through the drive thru and ask for a specific number of how many more I wanted after waiting in the drive thru line AGAIN they charged me almost 4$ for 6 extra containers. And when I tell you those containers were small I mean small like less than a packet of ketchup in each container and u charge me 4$ for that? What? Very very unsatisfied to say the least!
Waited in line and the next car said that the young lady placed we're closed and I was upset. If your only running drive thru then you should stay open until 530-600.

Nice when they are open. We have gone three times now during the posted hours and they have been closed. One time they had a sign that they were out of chicken. They are right next to Publix....plenty of chicken in Publix
if I could give 0 I would. Food is great but they are never open. I always call ahead to see but nobody ever answers the phone. They are on the way home from work so even though they did not answer the phone I stopped by just in time to see them locking the doors 30 min before posted closing time. As much as I love the food, until they figure out how to pick up a phone or update their website wether they are open or not, I'm not going to even try anymore.
Every time I've picked up food here it's delicious. Hibachi steak is yummy. I've actually started to like the Hibachi chicken even more than the steak. Go there, get their food. Eat it and be happy.
