We had a group of six and 3 out 6 of us ordered the rib-eye combo. Waited awhile before receiving our food and when we finally did. It was a funky smell that would not leave my nose. Mind you I haven’t started eating yet. Then everybody started smelling this wierd smell. The steak was no good. We told the manager and she stated “I’m so sorry we can pull you out new steaks out the freezer and cook them over” so here I am thinking ok so you knew this steak wasn’t no good. One waitress stated “I smelled it but I just got here so I didn’t think nothing of it”. So yea at this point I’m over it and we don’t want NOTHING. The manager had the nerve to tell us pay for the drinks and the appetizer we ordered. That should have been a courtesy to let us just go because y’all literally tried to make us sick. DO NOT EAT HERE! They DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

I really wish I took a picture of our food!!!! We walked in a hour before close and really expected really quick and horrible service. AmariRay, Crystal and Myra are employees to make a change. They are a awesome group of individuals also the cook. Although we came in late we was served and tended to as if we came in early. Our food was so delicious. Service was a 10 out of 10!!!!!!! The shots we requested was on point!!!!!!! Perfect!!!! Food perfect!!! Service perfect!!!!! A award winning group of employees tonight. $130.00 + on everything and well worth it!!!!! See you all soon!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute WORST service I have ever experienced at any restaurant in my life. I’ve been a bartender for 7 years and even I can run a bar and 7 tables by myself easily. There were at least 5 servers, 7 tables, and two people sitting at the bar. They never got greeted so they left. I had to get my own silverware and salt and pepper, and ask for refills on my drink. We were never even greeted or acknowledged. Like I said I’ve been in the industry for 7 years and hate leaving bad reviews but this place needs new staff that know how to be waitresses. Like at least acknowledge the people you’re supposed to be serving instead of walking by every 5 minutes on your phone and oblivious! Absolutely insane.

just left here was told there would be a 45 minute wait when noone was really in the restaurant and the parking lot was empty, won't be returning, they also lost another customer along with us

Not sure if is the empty Parking lot or the semi-clean bathroom. In short rude hostess, dirty table and the waitress doesn’t care either if the kitchen prepared your order right.

The restaurant was poorly staffed but did their very best to accommodate us and stay on top of service. The food was great even though it took some time to get out to us. I haven't been to this location in about 6-7 years. I had the Honey Bourbon Salmon and it was delicious.

First visit in a few years. Excellent baby back ribs and fried shrimp ? ?.

Service was kinda slow. Food came out perfectly fine (or, actually, better than expected, considering the place looks kinda run-down). Sure, there are better options nearby, but - for a Ruby Tuesday - this is right on par. Don’t be dissuaded by the somewhat sketchy exterior, if that’s the concern.I’d guess the place got new management in the past few months, since the older reviews imply that the food was terrible too. Thankfully, that no longer seems to be the case.

Been a while since I've been here because I was not pleased last time. Let me tell you I don't know if they got new cooks or what but huge difference I got a chicken dish it was fantastic so glad I gave them another try.

I know there's a real issue with help but it took a very long time for someone to take our order and our drinks arrived right before our meals. Burger was dry, bun was hard and fell apart which indicated it was old. I didn't complain but paid my bill and tipped well, although were never checked on and our drinks were empty.
