I’m usually satisfied with my food when I visit this location, but tonight I was very disappointed. Understanding that I did visit the restaurant 25-30 minutes before closing. Tenders were warm and French fries were cold , told the employee about my fries and asked why it was given to me cold. He said we would of rather I have french fries than, no French fries, I get that, but why give it to me cold. What was it going to hurt to drop fresh French fries for 3minutes. Employee apparently needs more training, on customer service. And he also needs to know that people like myself keeps you all in business. Yep it’s just ? French fries. Meet the satisfaction of your customers.
First time ever trying Cane's. I was super hype to try it, especially considering how much everyone on Tiktok raves about the sauce. Mediocre chicken tenders. Toast wasn't crispy and lacked flavor. Fries were just not it, you're typical frozen fry. Sauce tasted like mayo, ketchup, and black pepper mixed together, was good just not anything to rave about. Sweet tea was phenomenal. Staff was friendly.
The food was awesome. Had the chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The staff was super friendly and courteous. I will definitely go back.
So I drive trucks and I happened to pull up late around 8:40 on a Sunday. The dinning room was closed but I didn't know. So I walked up and the manager Micheal was there. After explaining the situation he got my food. Awesome experience.
I am so thankful to Raising Canes on dorchester rd. My family and I were in line ordering when my car broke down, not only did the manager and his co work come to help get us out of the drive thru, they gave us our food for free. Now if thats not a act of kindness from strangers I don't know what is. THANK YOU SO MUCH. And yall will have my business always.

I’ve eaten here a lot since they opened! I always had a good meal, and a good experience. I would’ve given this five stars, but now they are drive-through only. It is very unfortunate that the dining room is closed!
"you want some chicken?" It'll really throw you off if you're not prepared for it but that's what they're going to say to you in the drive-thru and just like the drive-thru introduction states that's all they have, chicken. Now it is definitely my favorite place to get chicken but the only problem is that the only thing to have are chicken strips so if you're looking for salads or sandwiches you'll need to go somewhere else but for good old-fashioned outstanding chicken strips this is the place to go.

Hit or miss. Its more likely you'll get well overcooked chicken or soggy chicken, which itself isn't too terrible tasting, but be prepared to need extra sauce on the side. **When cooked and done properly,** this is one of the best chicken places hand down.
