Please go to Popeyes in Goose Creek for a better experience. These people are a joke. The prices have gotten higher and the portion smaller. They charge me an extra 50 cents for the Mac and cheese and gave me something scrape from the bottom of the pan. Really? And whenever you complain or ask a question, they talk about you with another co-worker. Try it and see.
If you really want Popeyes go to the goose creek location. I have done food delivery for a few years and this was EASILY one of the worst pick ups, so bad that I felt compelled to post a review. They took forever for such a basic order. Not only that but they rushed me out only to forget a massive part of said order. The whole experience is wack, and you should feel bad.
Service was quick for a chicken place drive through. Employees were pleasant! Food is what you should expect good flavor. Still warm when we got home! (Always a plus). Didn't pho any of the food. Sorry we were hungry and hey it's fried chicken right. 12 pc mild with fries and Mac n cheese. And the famous chicken Sammich! Mild of course. The chicken sandwich is MASSIVE!!! BE READY!
The cashier was on the phone trying to get her cable at home turned back on. We ordered two of the tackle box combo meals. We ask to have French fries dropped fresh, the cashier ask some women in the back if the fries were dropped she said yes but they weren't they were in the holding box when we came in they were soggy and cold. The tea my husband got tasted like warm semi sugar water, the dining area was filthy. Tables, seats, and floor. The only thing good was the cocktail sauce. We have been to a lot of different Popeyes, but this one will never see us again. It wasn't worth $17.20 that's for sure.
For fast food, the items we got were as good as it gets. That spicy chicken sandwich is dang good. Tho wish it was even spicier.
Based upon the advertisement on the outside of the building, I decided order some beignets but was informed they don't sell them anymore. You're advertising something you don't have...false advertisement!
Food is good all times I've went. Just with they wouldn't be stingy with the honey and other condiments. Portions could be better.
Ordered Popeyes from this location using door dash and bet my wife that we wouldn't get no sauce with our meal because for some reason restaurants don't care about food being delivered because they don't have to look the customer in their eyes. So no effort is needed. I wish I lossed the bet because eating this meal with no dipping sauce just ain't right.
Great service, great food! The staff are always super nice, even when you can tell it's been a rough day for them. They are very genuine with their niceness, it doesn't feel forced. There's no script about it being their pleasure to serve. Excellent people, give them all a significant raise! My food has NEVER been cold or wrong. Everything is super juicy and timely served. The Mac and Cheese reminds me of life before my grandmomma got too sick to make dinners for the family. I almost cried the first time I had it, it was so good. Potatoes and gravy *chef's kiss*. I feel like I don't even need to talk about how good third chicken is, bc if you can master a baked mac and cheese, you can make some damn good fried chicken, not to be rivalled.Weighing in on the infamous 2018 debate on Popeyes chicken sandwich, I have to say that it blows a certain company out of the water and their cute cow mascots can't save them now. I mean, portion of chicken, breading quality, freshness of sandwich. It's sublime. I've never been so excited about a fast food item since Bojangles' had the cheddar bo.
I’ve been there twice and both times staff was rude. 2 family members went last week and both orders were wrong (they only ordered chicken sandwiches so not complicated). The Popeye’s in Countryside is clean and the food and staff are great.
