We have tried again and again to give Pizza Hut benefit of the doubt , however they have failed us time after time! Recently today we pre-ordered at 1:08pm for 6:00pm pickup tonight! just to get there , got there at 5:50 pm , so figured it would still be few minutes. It was , it was over 50 minutes later when we finally got our food. Mind you we was inside waiting, they knew we were there. The lady said at 5:58 it was coming out. Waited and waited. when we finally did get our food it was completely cold! she didn't have it in the warmer racks nothing! We had to come home to have to recook our pizza and wings! Therefore causing us to miss the first quarter of the Super Bowl ! When we pre-ordered for a reason! Yes they were busy inside but no excuse to serve others that come in after us and then our food be cold! This isn't the first time , $50 later this is ridiculous! We've called the store , but to no surprise NO ANSWER again not the first time m Pizza hut we want refunded for cold nasty food, that was not ready when it should have been! Always make a good pizza. The delivery Door Dash driver Timothy was so nice. He braved the super cold weather to bring my food. A big shout out to him as well. Appreciate everyone on a job well done.
EVERY OTHER ORDER IS WRONG. If you all DID BOT FEEL LIKE MAKING FOOD TODAY THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE CLOSED EARLY. I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PLACE. The cheese sticks are burnt. The pizza have a ton of sauce on it. I mean how hard can it be to make a pizza?
The staff was very helpful. I walked in with my baby and she offered to walk my order out to my car in the midst of this COVID-19 pandemic! She was extremely thoughtful and my order was right this time!
The young lady that was running the restaurant was amazing. She was alone, waiting on her help but had a great attitude and deserves more help. When i came back in to pick up my order another young lady was working and she was in good spirits as well and very nice. It is a hugely tough environment for labor and I appreciated their work and approach. Kudos especially to the manager.
Pizza hut USED to be the best.Recently, the food quality is awful.Crust burnt, boneless wings are tinyWasn't cut all the way through, cheese sticks didn't have uniform cheese on them. I would rather wait for my pizza and have it taste good than to get this garbage. Will not order from this store again or pizza hut at all for that matter
My order was wrong and when I called the restaurant, she said that she would have to transfer me to customer service since I ordered online. When I got to customer service I waited 41.27 mins before hanging up without speaking to anyone. Then I went to my app to fill out the customer service contact Pizza Hut and it would not let me submit anything even with ALL things filled in correctly
I will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again! After I placed my order, I received an email telling me that they would see me around 8:30.. which would be 2½hrs after I placed my order. I tried calling the store to see if I could switch my order to carry-out, but absolutely NO answer... I tried several times, & even waited on hold for over 30mins & still no answer. The pizza is supposed to be contactless.. not the business!
Giving them a 5 because they deserve it. Short staff it's hurting them but the customer service is there and its great, be patient and considerate. Food was great and happy they still here, I would suggest if can reach by phone go in person and place order . They will take care of you
Kaitlyn was amazing, she is the manager of this establishment and to say she was the only person working cooking, prepping and ringing up orders is an understatement. Our order was prepped just as fast with her being the only person as it was with the store being staffed. I can’t believe she was the only person in the store besides the delivery driver who looked like they were taking as many orders as possible out to deliver. I really hope that this store can get staffed with employees that are just as dedicated as the staff of two was tonight!
