I was able to place my order on the app with no problems. When I arrived at this location (at the time that my food was to be ready) the store was not open. I had ordered during the posted operating hours, the app said my food was ready, and yet there was no one there to even have the store opened or to fill the order. I have never had such a horrible experience with this location before. Such a disappointment. I will not be a returning customer.
My past two experiences with Pizza Hut north main st.( near sangaree) has been horrible. I order online and received text saying my order is out for delivery and never received the food. The first time I had to go up to the business the manager gave me push back about getting a refund cause she had already closed for the night. Last night my food was never delivered thank God I opt to pay in cash this time so I didn’t bother going up there. I did call and of course they were closed.
Ordered pizza at 7 something, at 8 said it was in its way 9:30 still wasn’t here I called and they said they were closed … got charged $44 for something I never received… I will never order from this location ever again …
Time and time again I tell my wife to not even bother ordering from here and time and time again imnproven right the service here sucks been waiting on a pizza for 2 and a half hours and when they know your number they won't pick up and explain why they are super slack .... do yourself a favor and call Papa John's
I called the location and asked for a special I saw online. I was told it was specific to online orders only. I was okay with that because she was so polite and friendly. The pizza was hot and well made compared to the location at 700 n main st where they were rude and the food was nasty. It is better to drive the extra few miles to Sangaree for good pizza and customer service .
Pizza arrived warm at most. I attempted to call the restaurant for over 30 minutes. I only got a recording during each of my holds then it just says no one available and hangs up. The delivery driver also placed my food on the ground rang the doorbell and left. What if it were the wrong house?

I would like for my order to be hot when it gets to me. It took 2 1/2 hours to receive our order and it was lukewarm when it got here. That was extremely disappointing. Also I understand the shortage of products but when they are constantly unavailable it is very annoying. It will be a while before I order again.
My food was cold and my bread sticks were wet and soggy and waited almost 4 hours for my food. And I live only a mile away. I could not even enjoy the food. Pretty much threw most of it away.
