Writing this review as I'm STILL on hold after 3rd attempt to reach them on the phone and have been waiting for now 12 minutes. Now over an hour for 1 pizza, they will not pick up the phone, have not received a phone call saying they will be late. 25-35 minute wait I was told.....sure. Never ordering from them again.*Update*Gave up on getting my pizza. They don't answer any calls and now its at the 3 hour mark without my orderand not even a call. Hopefully I at least get my money back, but I'm not holding my breath. Don't give this branch your business, they obviously don't care about customer service.

I ordered a pizza, two salads and chicken wings at 9:00pm. I received a text my order was out for delivery. Received another text saying my order was being sent via Doordash. The lady text I received stated my order had been modified or canceled and to contact the store for additional information regarding my order. Meanwhile, my debit card was pending $62.71 which included 18% tip. I called twice to speak with the manager. The call was automated and stated the store was closed. I called my bank to cancel the transaction. Because it was pending, I couldn’t. Today (3 days later) Pizza Hut on Bacons Bridge Road Summerville SC, collected the transaction from my account without me EVER getting my food order. I will NEVER order from them again. I had to order from Dominos and I don’t like their food. I love Pizza Hut. But, will NEVER order from them again. Thank you Pizza Hut on Bacons Ridge Road Summerville SC for the disappointing experience. If I was the GM or owned a Pizza Hut, my customers would ALWAYS be 100% satisfied. That store GM and manager needs to be replaced.

The wings are always semi-decent, however I tried calling and I was waiting till I eventually got fed up and dialed again, this time I waited till it said “nobody is available to take your call”. As I’m walking up to place the order it looks absolutely dead in there. So why didn’t I get an answer?

I dont blame the workers I blame Pizza Hut! 1st off Parm cheese an peppers are $1.00...OMG. The sauce is not good the cheese doesnt even seem real the crust doesnt rise etc.. MY PIZZA SUCKED! Hand tossed crust was flat hard and dry the pizza was the exact same. My feelings are just hurt. Pizza Hut has ripped me off for the last time!

Front desk person needs to be replaced. Could hardly hear him plus he looked lost up there. Leadership was lacking. No one stepped up to figure howe to relieve the bottleneck. They had pizzas piling up, customers piling up, they had one poor guy trying to keep up with boxing the orders, 2 people just kept making food but NO ONE WAS EXPEDITING. In somewhat defense they were having issue with the door dash system. Then the one guy serving the front counter kept disappearing...he looked lost & got lost. If I had not suggested to the lady on loan from another store to just call out names on the boxed orders we will still be waiting. Just a suggestion but the manager needs to step up in a crisis situation better. If not, then at least more training is definitely needed on how to handle difficult situations when they arise.

The pizza was “just ok!” It wasn’t really done enough, and the crust was very bland and basic like a frozen pizza quality. I have had much better Pizza Hut flavor than this.

I placed my order at 5;03 pm..at 5:39 I received a text that my order was out for delivery. At 6:28 I called and spoke to Fran, who advised that my order was closed out but apparently not delivered to me. At this time she decided to refund my money and said I would be getting my order free of charge. It is now 7:56 PM, I have no order at my home and when I call Pizza Hut on Bacons Bridge Road, I am told by the automated system that location is closed. I cannot get in touch with anyone to even find out where my order is. This location has lost my business as a customer of many years. I guess I will be ordering Uber Eats at 8 pm for dinner, considering I’ve been waiting to eat since 5pm!

Although theiir food is fairly good, as of the past few months, their service is waning. Tonight, I was one of the masses who had placed an order for food either online or through the call center who found themselves in an indefinite wait for our orders. Once at the store after a 30 minute wait I was told that it would be 15 to 30 minutes wait time as the manager had called out sick, another manager was filling in and a couple of junior employees were outright voicing their oppossition to management in front of customers. Meanwhile, customers who had placed orders an hour or more earlier and already paid for their food found that their orders hadn't even been started yet and had no way to cancel their order or get their money refunded. As for myself, it took an hour and 10 minutes to get my order for one pizza which was not only under cooked, but cold as well! This is an recipe for failure. This store needs to be shut down and its personnel retrained. The problems that plague this store should never be displayed in front of the customer base. Further, No one should have to order food, pay full price for it and then take it home and have to finish cooking it in order to eat it.

I placed an online delivery order at 3:53 pm. I have yet to receive my delivery, nor get any one to answer the phone at the store. I was charged $54.37 for absolutely nothing! I expect a full refund!

2nd time with failed delivery lead to post this. 1st time we did not receive our order. My wife went to the facility since she could not get anyone by phone. The Pizza Hut blamed it on the Doordash deliverer.TODAY My wife ordered again online. The delivery showed up with one of two pizzas. The driver did not seem to care that she did not have the full order and directed us to contact Pizza Hut. I called Pizza Hut and my wife went to Pizza Hut due to being upset for the 2nd time. I stayed on hold listening to the recording of how long Pizza Hut had been in business. My wife was able to drive to the location, have a pizza made on site and return home in 34:28 seconds. While I never did speak with anyone at the location. Try to call them for yourself and see! My wife stated, they blamed it on Doordash. My problem is we did not order with Doordash! Who is checking and ensuring the order is correct and made promptly?We will not be ordering with Pizza Hut anytime for a while if ever. There are too much other Pizza option nearby to deal with the blame game!Respectfully,Disappointed CustomerNote, I would not have gave one star if it wasn't required!
