Get the pizza and hair was wrapped up in the cheese. Tried to call back and phones aren’t working. So I’m out $25, cause I’m not eating it.
Ordered pizza online, and when I went to pick it up, the pizza was burnt all over, seriously overcooked from top to bottom, don't remember ordering well done. Pizza doesn't look like it did on TV, talk about false advertising, rather go to Harris Teeter, at least their pizza isn't burnt.

This Trolley Road locations Main Phone Number has Been Non-Functioning for 2 months and they don’t Care. ( I wonder if they can block your number ?? ).They’ve gone to using UBer delivery drivers at times and that changes the customer service.About half the time their pizza comes uncut.For a while I’d order drinks with my Pizza and they’d get there and say they were out of Sodas.Ok?? Why didn’t you call me and tell me that?One of the younger delivery drivers literally went back up to the closest Gas station and got me a 2 Liter Soda. I doubled his Tip.FYI: IM A GREAT Tipper for Good Service.>>>Well, NO GOOD Dead Go’s Unpublished.Just got my order and ask if it was cut. He said “YES” .It was a $21 dollar order.I TIPPeD $20 to the kid because he’s a Hard worker, BUT doesn’t Cut the pizza.Pizza NOT CUT.If your a AT&T customer you won’t get through if you call.The stores system is messed up.I confirmed this.
I love there pizza's but the last couple times we've gotten there hot wings they haven't been very good there soggy and they don't put very much hot sauce on them they just sprinkle it on
Delivery driver was very respectful & made sure he stayed 6 feet away while making the delivery!
Took 12 minutes to get person taking order to understand my address..then ordered at 4pm and not delivered until 5:25pm and was cold and burned..never again Papa Johns!!! Oh guy called delivering pizza and said I gave wrong address!! Terrible service and terrible pizza? not the way to run a business?
Let’s start off with the complete wrong ordered being delivered , i ordered a xl pizza with a free cookie reward with sauces i paid for , what was delivered was a large pizza wrong toppings with garlic knots and a Diet Coke , assuming someone else received my order . Then when they brought my replacement pizza still no sauces , still no cookie on a Wednesday night , BUMMER !
Been a loyal customer for 10 years until they chose to use door dash. Will never order pizza again. Coz I don't get the pizza
Papa John's outsources their phone calls to the Philippines and they don't understand English. I just called three times and the last call was to speak to a manager at the actual Papa John's store on Trolley Road who then wanted to charge me $17 for a plain pepperoni one topping garlic crust pizza. So I called Marcos the lady offered me the special for $7.99 got the perfect pepperoni magnifico pizza with garlic parmesan crust, Marco's rules!!
