First order never even made it! Second order showed up without fillings! (3- Papadias) Third order showed up an hr and a half later. Grand total of 3hrs15min to get god knows what inside our food! Never again!Get zero stars! Delivery driver was awesome though! Basically agreed with me with what i said to him poor guy! Sorry my guy lol
Told me to eat yellow snow when ordered a meat pie. Thought he was just joking around. When I got home , had a plain pepperoni. It was the manager.... so crazy. The reason I hate the new generation. Lazy and ungrateful.
5 dollars delivery fee I remember when it was 2.25 and your drivers still ring the hell out my doorbell when in the app I put leave pizza at door. Go uber eats qt least they look at directions
Ordered pizza. 2 hr wait time. Tipped 25% so didn't short anybody. Their delivery app doesn't work. It was left at neighbors on ground supposed to be delivered to person. It was stepped on cold wrong
This is a review of the new, new york style pizza.Yuk, it's merely a normal papa johns pizza with a thinner crust. Not even in an Spiderman alternative universe would I consider this a new york pizza. Had zero grease run off, was not cooked correctly (turn up the oven temp) please someone in corporate go to one of the dozen "Tony's" pizza shops in NYC and eat a real slice
Worst experience and last experience. 45 minutes enroute so order was cold. Asked for the pizza to be cut in squares and employee didn't read and started to cut in slices only to realize the mistake and attempt to cut into squares. How this passed any quality check by manager is beyond me. Other companies will get my business from here on out.
A pizza hut guy but I must say the cheese ? is much improved and the wings or 2 so i give them a go again
Delivered wrong order, store won’t answer the phone, hung up on 3 separate times, there is no way to resolve issues at all.
This is the pizza that was delivered to me. I called them up and they sent out another one that's crust was so hard it was inedible. I didn't realize you could make crust that hard.Edit 2 hrs after attempting to eat a slice of the replacement pizza. My teeth still hurt.
Yeah papa Johns is slack. This location owes me a pizza, when trying to claim my credit this location has their phone disconnected and can't take calls says the call center that answers the phone for them. Nothing but issues. Never again. I'll find somewhere else!
