Of all the Panera locations in this area, this has to be the worst location in terms of customer service quality and menu items preparation. First the green goddess salad with chicken was fixed without the chicken. I know mistakes happen, but please at least have all the ingredients such as pickled onions to replace the item when need be. Also, my breakfast sandwich looks like a Happy Meal burger...smh
My friend and I visited panera drive through on 6/14/2022 she ordered a sandwich and I ordered a salad it was pathetic.
My wife likes their salads, but I have yet to have a sandwich worth the price. Tried the spicy chicken sandwich and I have to agree with the other online reviewers. Keep rolling down to Popeye's and get almost 2 better sandwiches for the same money.
I was worried about going to this location but I’m definitely coming back! Everything we got was delicious and service was fast. A little pricey, but it’s a nice place to go to.
After church on Easter Sunday, my daughter and I thought we'd grab a bite. Upon entering, nobody greeted us with the usual, "Good Morning, welcome to Panera...nor did the cashier say anything at all. We ordered 2 everything bagels with bacon, egg, and cheese; a Iced Caramel Latte; and a Large Madagascar Vanilla Latte Cold Brew (see pic). Paid and then sat. When ready we picked up the order and sat. I looked at my drink, and said thus is not a Large. I looked at my receipt and got charged for a regular size. I took my drink and receipt back to the counter, and explained I ordered a large. Another cashier came over, and said they don't have a button on the inside register for that option, that it was only on the drive-thru register. I said I would still like the large and was ready to pay the difference. Then another worker/manager came over and said they can't give a large. I asked about all the other Cold Brews on the menu, and he said they don't sell larges. I pointed out that they need to block over the option on the menu. I asked if the Ice Coffee comes in a large. He said yes. So I asked to put it in that cup. He said he would have to charge me for 2 regulars then...($8.38 for a $5.39 drink?) I said no thanks. They were not helpful...nor did they even apologize. We ate our meals and went to leave. Nobody from the Staff even said "Have a nice day" as we left the establishment. Been to 2 other locations and always have been treated with dignity and respect. I WILL NOT visit this location again. Horrible customer service...on Easter Sunday no less.
Went to the Panera bread in Summerville off Dorchester road in Harris Teeeter shopping center and I have the coffee subscription and they hardly ever have coffee ☕️ made, today they claim they were closing in 20 minutes so no coffee, other times they just don't make it, not worth signing up for this, waste of time. Manger has no compassion got the customers either. Lazy mentality, they do more talking and less work. If they're open they should have everything on menu available. Today is 17 April 2022. Poor service
Negative stars today for this place… I placed an order for bagels three days ago - today I got an email saying my order was ready… I drove there to pick it up with gas at four dollars a gallon to find out that they don’t have the bagels and can not fill my order. I have company coming and was totally depending on these bagels for breakfast. Instead of giving me an email saying it was ready, why didn’t they send me an email saying it couldn’t be filled?
Ordered off their kiosk this morning. Ordered two cheese soufflés and a few bagels. After waiting 20 minutes they gave the customer in front of me my two cheese soufflés since they gave the customers in the drive thru her spinach soufflés. Now there were none left. After telling us the drive thru has priority over customers waiting for 20 minutes I asked for a refund. They stated they could refund all but the tip I added on the kiosk. So now you are getting a tip and I’m getting nothing? Panera you need to do better. Thank you for teaching me not to add a tip next time.
$70. This is what $70 looks like at this place. The bread was literally just thrown into the bag. Just as seen in the pic. Which I paid extra for and didn’t eat because of obvious reasons. And let’s discuss this $14 sandwich. (I’m early 40’s) but remember in school as a kid when you had a field trip and the lunch room sent sack lunches?… This sandwich looked EXACTLY like that. A school issued sack lunch sandwich. Anyone could make a sandwich from home to look more appetizing than this. I honestly just laughed. There’s NO WAY that anyone who works there, especially management, would pay that much money for this sandwich. I work in food and bev so I get that’s it’s busy and every place is short staffed. But let’s be real. This is sad on so many levels. I’m super disappointed and can assure you that I’ll NEVER order from there again. Absolute waste of my HARD EARNED money.
The Creamy Chicken Soup and Baguette we're good. The Squash Soul and Chips were good. Where is the chicken on my Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich? Really disappointed.
