I used to love Panera Bread, what happened to this place?! What happened to the menu?! Idk if the last time I was here was before covid but wow. No toilet paper in the bathroom, at least paper towels. The floors look like they haven't been vacuumed in awhile, very dirty!! The booths were dirty & the WALLS omg... DIRTY!! Being that slow & empty, people need to be going around & finding busy work AKA cleaning this store top to bottom. The food is half the size it used to be. I can go to Jersey Mike's & get double the food for less money. Extremely disappointed. This place used to be a favorite I would eat when I was in the area, definitely not the same... I'll just stick with my Jersey Mike's when I want a sandwich. Management needs to get their employees to clean the floors, booths & WALLS. Cleaning every day is part of working in a restaurant, not cleaning "this or that" ... "today". Business is slow enough, that empty restaurant should be spotless & stocked completely. It looks completely NEGLECTED.
I love Panera and only have been to this location twice but it definitely needs some work. As you can tell from the outside, it’s prolly the oldest Panera in South Carolina lol it definitely needs renovated. The food has always been good and workers pretty friendly. I’ve never seen this location crowded because people prolly get scared by the outside look but if your worried about the food, it’s just like all the other Panera’s.
Really sad and disappointed with the quality of the Panera. My husband and I went for takeout and ordered 3 pick 2’s and a full grilled cheese. Everything came out cold and incomplete, missing ingredients. For example, the green goddess Cobb was missing the egg, bacon, and onions, but was full of tomatoes. The frontega chicken sandwich had no basil or chipotle sauce. The cashier was new, but pleasant and will go far with the right crew training her. Can’t say anything about the rest of the staff as they were kind of oblivious to everyone around them. Won’t go back.
First time there. Had sandwich for lunch. Looking forward to returning to try their breakfast. Food was great, and staff very friendly and responsive.
I guess this is egg? I ordered over easy but I guess they thought I said paper thin scrambled.
This was a mission run for my wife who is pregnant. I Was having a stressful day , And the to-go cups for soup Size/ portion Didn't seem fair for $9. When we're all just trying to get our money's worth At a time when we are highly aware of our spending the cost of living and sudden raised prices on everything. If it wasn't for Gabrielle's patience and empathy I probably would have left unhappy. He didn't argue or fight with me instead he showed that he cared and helped me to understand. Im not rating the quality of food here I'm ratingThe service and performance of an exceptional employee. Gabrielle thanks again. Fresh soup equals happy Pregnant woman.
Salads were good. Didn't have my favorite low sugar pear hibiscus or even plum ginger iced tea last couple of visits, just sickly sweet teas. Interior could be renovated a bit, needs some freshening up.
Omg who doesnt love amazing clean food. Clean as in fresh an healthy choices. Everything that I have ever ordered from here was fresh an perfectly cooked. Staff super friendly and very nice and helpful. Always a great experience.
Try smiling and you might find you like it! This is my last time going to this establishment. Every time I come, the entire staff has the worst attitude. They act like they would rather be anywhere else and treat customers like they are a burden. So, if you like starting your day off in a miserable way, this is the place for you, but if you enjoy smiling and good times, avoid this place at all cost!
Ew. I bought the pastry ring on display, thinking they had others boxed for purchase. It was stale. Also, the pizzas that they are selling now are not any better than the $2 microwaveable pizzas from any convenience store. They need to focus on their core strengths -- the bakery -- and quit diluting their offerings with low-quality food gimmicks.
