First time visit and wasn't too impressed with the food. The portion size for the money was not good at all. My husband got the seafood platter which had fish,shrimp and stuffed crab with slaw included and when he received it looked like someone had already ate half of it. Very small stuffed crab and a few shrimp and the fish looked like it had been cut in half to make two pieces. The slaw was very dry and no taste. My son got the shrimp platter and the fries were so hard and very little shrimp. I got the 12 oz sirloin with baked potato and salad. The steak and potato was good but the salad was nothing but lettuce and croutons. We asked for rolls but we never received them. Our waitress was very busy and didn't check on us but once. She even circled the tip on the receipt. Definitely not worth the $66 we paid at all. So much for a mother's day dinner. We came home and cooked a couple hours later. Very disappointed because really thought it would be a good place.

Came back after 3-year hiatus. Really sad how they got rid of my favorite flavored tea and Free Pie Wednesday. Complimentary rolls showed up just before our entree's. Waitress said we didn't ask for them but she "brought them anyway." We now have to ask for those? Empty restaurant; very long wait. Small portions for the price. My "medium" steak came back well done. Had to wait for another one. The second was cooked correctly but tasteless. Even my child's ketchup bottle was empty!! At least the seats were comfortable. Waitress Taylor tried her best, but this place is a sinking ship. Time to find a new place.
I was able to try the seafood platter. The crab cakes were not quite done and I think there was green pepper in the mix. The pieces were a bit big and the peppers were bitter. The fish was excellent and done to perfection. As always the shrimp was very good. The two of us were able to eat for less than $50. Our server was very nice and attentive.
The food was decent, but the steak my son ordered didn't seem like that great of a cut of meat so he will probably order something different next time. I enjoyed the variety of sides, probably the Mac&cheese and the potatoes with onion, mushrooms, bacon & garlic butter were my favorites. Our server was friendly & kept refilling our lemonades. We had gift cards from Costco which helped save money on the bill.
It wasn’t bad until our server got a big table, then we kinda were forgotten about. Which is fine, until she brought our check over, and then disappeared, so my husband used the QR code on the receipt and paid using that and went to the car, I went to the restroom and had a completely different server hunt me down in the bathroom because they thought we left without paying. Don’t put the QR code on the receipt if your afraid of people not actually paying using it.Also, we were slightly disappointed, several items were out already, that we ordered. but I do understand there being a shortage on ingredients due to the pandemic.
Good food decent service
After a hard day of work, my server, Raven was very pleasant. Her kind words plus the great food helped easy the stressful day I was having. Definitely appreciate her great customer service. My overall experience at this location was great.
The restaurant seems to be struggling. It was pretty empty for a Saturday night and now I know why. We waited at the hostess stand for several minutes, no one acknowledged us or come over. Eventually we were seated. Then we sat at the table for over 10 min before I had to get up and go find someone to ask if we would ever get a waitress. I was about to leave. Then she showed up. She was pleasant and apologized. We ordered our food and when it came,we were disappointed. I am so easy to please but the broccoli was raw and the fries weren't hot. My catfish was good and the rolls were ok. I've always had good food at this location but was disappointed and so were the two people that were with me. I felt bad because it was my recommendation. I might not be back to this location.
My stepson and I came for a late lunch this afternoon. Jo L was our server. She was AMAZING! She even apologized one time cause she felt she was checking on us too often. Food and service were both very good. The steak was tender and cooked perfect (I forgot to take a pic of the steak). My stepson got the apple cobbler and must’ve enjoyed it since it was all gone.
