They sneak in an inflation fee with no signage indicating that they are doing so, and the percentage is taken from the total INCLUDING taxes. Unbelievable! We also waited over 25 minutes for this order when the restaurant was nearly empty, when we asked the manager about the status of our order she did not even apologize. We used to love Newks but we are sad to say we won’t be back.
I don't know what happened today but normally they're are 5 star restaurant in my book. I ordered my usual Mediterranean pizza and it was so dry I was choking before my first bite. Not enough cheese, to the point where I think it evaporated or something. Oh yeah and the regular crust was so doughy I could have made another pizza or calzone. So if you like this type of pizza always and only order it made with cauliflower crust.

Satisfied.Food was decent. Service was good, came out quickly. Restaurant was clean. Food felt a bit overpriced for what we got but tasted fine. Probably not my first choice for sandwiches, salad, soup, or pizza but I would go back.Ordered: Newk’s Club with Lobster & Crab Bisque, Pepperoni & Sausage Pizza and fruit, kids Mac n cheese, kids ham sandwich.
Newks is a good place to go when your party wants different types of food to eat. There is a lot of choice. I ordered the club sandwich and loaded potato soup. Both of them were delicious. There were plenty of places to sit. Everything was nice and clean. The employee who took our order was very pleasant. I would suggest this is a place to go.
Order took 45 mins to receive, even though I placed a salad online and paid online. Said it was suppose to take 10 mins, which clearly it did not. Then I addressed my concerns to the employees to be told “oh it should be out soon” both times instead of resolving the issue. People coming in to place orders at the counter were getting their orders before those that did online orders. Then when I received my order and opened it, come to find out they didn’t care to listen to the request to not add certain toppings at all. Use to like this place but after today I will never go back most likely.
Not sure what has happened to this place it used to be one of my favorite places to eat, not anymore received an order a few weeks ago that was completely botched up i called an spoke with manager Steve Young he was very apologetic to try an make up for the order he said he would personally send a gift card out in the mail that same day. we actually just recently placed another order i'm always willing to give a 2nd chance nope soup was awful an pizza was cold..BTW. still waiting on gift card to arrive

We ordered: Shrimp & Avocado, Greek and Caesar salads, Mac&cheese, and the Italian and Q sandwiches. Flavors were fair to good. Order taking had many errors. We will likely go back but we will be much more careful when ordering to be sure it's correct.
terrible food the place was dirty, My granddaughter found a piece of hair in her food! The manager was rude hell they all were ordered a salad gave us bad lettuce and overdid the dressing no chicken in it! I would never recommend this dirty rude place to anyone! Our food came up to like $50 they give us back half of what the salmon salad cost! I work on the Air Force Base I will not remmond this restaurant to the military families! I left a message a few times for someone to get back to me you blow me off! Never again I work hard for my money!
