Thanks for the empty cup of queso and no salsa period. What are we suppose to eat the chips with.
Used to love Moe's for the food. Now the prices have skyrocketed and the service and place has gone downhill. The place is quite dirty inside, there are never gift cards and when there are they are dirty and on the floor because there's no holder for them. The wait time is so long. Not sure why when the same wait and same dining experience at Chipotle is so much quicker. It needs management to come in and clean up the place, support staff with how to treat customers and maybe people will start dining here again.
Waited 25 minutes past my online order time request. Spoke with the cashier to let them know I was there and they left my food behind the counter and forgot to give it to me. The crew is a hot mess express and can't prioritize in person and online orders. When you get slammed stop taking orders and fulfill the ones that are already in place. Never going back, chipotle is across the road and has much better trained staff.
"Daddy, They didn't say, 'Welcome to Moe's!' " My daughter caught it, and we should have seen it as as a warning. The staff didn't really seem to care about... anything. No one was greeted, I never heard "Thanks."We recently moved here and the whole family loves Moe's. This was our first time at this location, VERY disappointing. All the food was bland and tasteless. Trash cans were overflowing. They didn't give us cookies for the kids meals and when I asked for them (kids know what comes with their meal, and THEY wouldn't forget!), THEN they tell us, "we're out." Won't go back
The experience tonight was absolutely horrible. All the employees working had horrible attitudes. The food was put together in a sloppy way. They never asked me if I was dining in or taking out and made my food to go when I wanted to eat there. You can tell none of them wanted to be there. How the owners and management can allow this to happen at what is supposed to be a good place eat has me dumbfounded. We definitely will not be eating at this Moe's again.
Service was great. The tea canisters were empty but I just don't think anyone had told the staff until I mentioned something. Being Saturday afternoon, they were pretty busy. So it wasn't the end of the world that there was no tea. They are kind and helpful staff.The food is yummy, and fulfilled my craving. I feel like the burritos are smaller than they once were but I'm not certain.
Moes is always a classic, but this location definitely lacked. No one greets you as you walk in. The workers barley talk to you/or each other and look annoyed with everything. They were out of seasoned rice and my girl had to run to the back multiple times to finish my, very simple order. Maybe around 5 people ahead of me and it took literally 20 minutes to even order. The place was messy and smelled gross. Very disappointed with this location.
I would say they went down hill but it’s more like the jumped off a cliff. The prices increase but service and quality fell off hard. I remember going into Moes and getting a chant greeting a variety of options and friendly service. Now you get sad stairs from the staff few tasteless options and I assume jalapeños are used to cover the taste of the food that is lacking. Simple do better for the price increase you should at least maintain the options you once had even the soda machine seems to be failing to.
When we arrived there were no onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers. The girl told me that they had no one to put anything on the grill and when I told her that they should have said that in the beginning, she then asked if I wanted her to cook some. I told her yes. At checkout, she brought all my toppings in s While she was throwing stuff on the grill, another girl came and was very rude while asking whate else I wanted. My husband was paying for our food and the cashier was very rude as well. The girl who was cooking brought all my toppings in seperate cups instead of adding them to my food. There was no sweet tea, no coke, all the tables were dirty. We had to get hand sanitizer and clean our own table. Very disappointed in this place today.
The staff was pretty helpful but the poor older gentleman running the register was lost as Hogan's Goat. We went there with a coupon for $5 burrito and he said it worked but the receipt showed it did not. Since it took 12 minutes watching him try to get it to work I felt they need to just go ahead and call corporate to get them to help out since I didn't feel like spending another 10-15 minutes seeing what he could do after that. The food was good and everything else was excellent.
