Chicken wasn't cooked. Have 4 kids under 8 inside eating and there is a group of 4 teens who work there dropping curse words.They also made a mess on the floor after another kid just cleaned it up.Better off just going somewhere else.
Took 45 minutes for my order, which ended up being wrong in every aspect. I had two separate employees ask me what my order was, and they STILL managed to get it wrong, even after being explicitly told what it was. The burgers were cold and everything tasted old. Hopefully the franchisee fires the employees “working” here, since they made it clear that indifference and carelessness is how they would like to define themselves.
This place is so frustrating. Especially when you know that good service at a fast food establishment is possible. It seems that all the attention is on the drive thru and people that are dining in or picking up an order from the app are forth thoughts, not even 2nd or 3rd. Waited over 18 mins for a pick up order of a Egg McMuffin and hash brown the other morning. Dined in once and waited over 20 mins for our food to finally be brought out to us and that wasn't done until I went up to the counter to ask about what the status was.Considering the location and potential based on the area this should be an actual good McDonald's but it doesn't seem that will be the case. Only go here when my kids absolutely beg now.. other than that, I wouldn't consider this an option for me.
Third time I've been here and again had missing food my order tried to call (4 times)no one answers. Seems like theft to me. Great way to drive up profit. Steal from customers and not answer the phone so they can not set up replacing what you already paid for. I drive 30 minutes home and can't just turn around and come back in. Theft, bad customer service, poor quality. Do better. Y'all took me for a while meal. I have one person hungry
Unprofessional: When I pull up to a drive through, the first thing said to me shouldn't be "What up". The rest of the conversation was like I was bothering him. "Is that all? Is that all? Is that all?" I'm pretty sure McDonald's corporate doesn't train you that way. And then part of my breakfast sandwich was cold, like it was partially frozen still.
Like most McDonalds these days = walk in, use self service menu board and pay. Staff was efficient while also serving outside dual drive-thru.
This is literally the best McDonalds I have ever been to. I have been over 20 times now (my kiddos are currently obsessed with McDonalds) and I have never been and not gotten hot fries. Let me say that again... I have never been and not gotten hot fries. The nuggets are always crispy, the food is always hot, the staff is always nice (for the most part, the weekend crew is not as good as during the week) I can't say enough good about this place. They sometimes struggle with the mobile app in the drive through but that is not enough for me to drop the rating.
Went inside instead of the drive thru. The young lady who took my order was so sweet, patient and kind with my big order, credit card wouldn't work, kids wouldn't be quiet, had a coupon code. And the order was correct.wouldn't work,
Horrible morning staff Tue Feb 15 at 620-650I placed a mobile order and was told to pull up to second window. So I sat at the second window for a solid 10 min before I started yelling to the window behind me. Another 10 minutes pass and I start honking. Keep in mind that 5-6 cars have received there food already. I ordered two small sandwiches… they took another 3-5 minutes after my HOLDING the horn down… this whole incident was around a 30 min wait time. The man working was completely ignoring me and the manager there gave me my food with a ugly face. Like she’s acting as if she was in the right… this isn’t the first time ppl have waited for ever and pulled up to the “second drive thru window” horrible food quality, horrible staffing and horrible management. LNow I’m late for college (Spanish) , you keep flipin burgers tho??
I had to come back and edit my review I posted when they opened. They finally have it together. Past few times I've been here it's been great. Food was fresh and service was fast. Great job!
