Yall need to update your hours because they fluctuate quite often. It seems like your usual open time till whenever your employees feel like it's time to start turning people away. I've been turned away during your listed business hours more than I've been served
I used the app and sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes. I had to go in and when I got the order they forgot my fries. I ordered large fries and I got medium. I got back to my office and my Big Mac was missing lettuce, onions, and only had one side with sauce. The people working in the store where rude too. They acted like they had no patients for me and my food order
This is the 2nd time I’ve been here in 1 month and literally each time I came my food has had hair in it.LITERALLY BOTH TIMES. Each time I had to turn back around and show them. The manager gave me a refund but it’s the principal why is hair in my food. Like this ridiculous. Are they not wearing hair nets in the kitchen.
I'm still unsure as to why you don't know how to fill the fries up as that's how they are supposed to be done. We get like 10 fries in a large fry container. Spending a lot of money on a kids meal portion. I really don't know how you stay in business with the poor Quilty and quantity of food and service. I should also mention that I order extra BBQ sauce and which you have to pay for and I don't mind that BUT you never get any! How do you forget BBQ sauce with nuggets???
This is the second time so far in the past 2 weeks we have ordered food and not gotten everything we’ve ordered. Yes, we could drive all the way pack 20+ minutes away and get the food. But it’s just not worth the drive for us once we get home.This last time we ordered a bunch of stuff, there was fries missing, burgers missing etc. this is kind of dumb.
Every Sunday my husband gets breakfast from here, just once can ya'll get the order right. Food is always cold and the biscuits are hard as rocks. We're just going to start going to the waffle house, at least the food will be fresh. This is what managers allow to happen, these people get paid a lot of money to mess people's food up. Calling corporate, today.
Ordered breakfast on the app. Order went through, I checked in, got an order number, my card was charged, and I got a receipt via email. After waiting 30 minutes, the order number disappeared from the app. Went inside and waited another 20 minutes to speak with someone because they were super busy. When I finally get to talk to someone, all she said was we never got that order. I show her the order on my phone. She says it's probably from a different location. So then I show her the paid in full receipt with the address of the building we were standing in. Still she said well we don't have the order and then just stares at me. I said I just want my biscuit. Finally she says we'll give you one but we didn't get paid for it. I said someone at McDonald's got paid.So she walks over and gives me my biscuit. Took her all of 13 seconds. I waited over an hour total.Worst service I've ever had at McDonald's.
I would call the number for a complaint but guess what they won’t give a receipt so this is next best. old stale fries that where supposed be a large but only got a small also ordered an apple juice for my son and lone behold it’s missing poor excuse for a fast food restaurant that has a 3.4 Star Rate only good thing out of this place was his nuggets where fresh the only good thing but come out but what do you expect from this place pathetic
Ordered on app and because of the amount of cars in the Drive-Thru decided to choose the option to pickup in store. Parked my car went to go in store but was unable too. Due to the time constraint I was on decided to leave and get a refund but saw I could cut in front of line due to an opening, felt bad about it, and was able to pick up order. If the locations are closed for you to not be able to enter they should not have that as an option.
Under the golden archway you'll find a delectable quarter pounder with cheese. The regular hamburger was awfully dry but the extra pickles and fresh fries more than made up for it.
