Stopped by after the dr. Appointment for my "I was a good girl today" favorite drink...Caramel frappuccino with extra, extra ice.She didn't push the ice button enough, and my drink was melted before I got home. I tried to tell her how, as I watched them in the past, but she didn't want to listen to me. Oh well, will stop to another store closer to the house. Also, she told us we had to use the kiosks to order our food. There was a good sized line and most of us had cash. So people were leaving the line, and going somewhere else. Most older people, like myself don't know how to use them things. I was going to try it, or die trying. Good thing I brought my debit card with me. I counted 4 families leave, and 1 older couple, and another older couple who had their grandchildren with them. I was just bound and determined to learn how to use that thing. They had no cookies, muffins or cinnamon rolls out, I wanted a apple fritter, but they had none. I usually get 2. One for now and 1 for later. They had 2 things of pull apart rolls that were gone by the time I figured out the kiosks. Lol go figure!
Okay....I order a double cheeseburger.... It was the worst burger that I had ever eaten from McDonald... It was sooo salty!..and why waste the time calling it a double... the meat on it looks like a kiddie burger..so small and I wanted lettuce and tomatoes on it....why do you charge.. when you don't get your money worth..very disappointed.. I wasted my $3.00.....I could have gone to Wendy's... and get the 4 for 4....or even better..starve until I get Home!..will do!
The drive thru was backed up and inside was so backed up that people were cussing and stroming out.
It's McDonald's what do you expect? Super long lines, super long wait, and they don't get your order right. Exactly what you expect at a fast food place in a shopping center....
Took after 20 mins for 2 drinks and a cone and i am still waiting girl had something smart to say under her breath and still pushing our order to the side i couldve done it myself in 2 mins
The food was okay but if you ate at one McDonald's you ate at them all same s*** different day
The young lady that took our order also bagged it up as I was waiting I noticed that she took her time in doing so . something you don't see these days
Here is a tip .If you like hot McDonald's fries as much as I do,Order them with no salt..They have to make you a fresh batch,They will be hot and crispy.Once you receive them get some salt packets sprinkle the salt on and enjoy..?
I called Cane Bay Macdonalds because my burgers were raw the frappa was wrong the nuggets were dry and hard call the very young manager and he insulted by saying...he doesnt see how the burger could be raw and when I called him out on it he hung up on me so now I'm calling corporate.
They were sending customers from the window to go park in spaces and wadi on their did. I know at one point it was 7 of us waiting. They were bringing out incomplete orders and having to make multiple trips back to get it right. Very unsatisfied.
