I placed my order online and followed the directions in my email to let them know I was there, I waited 20 mins and had to call them about my food. The lady walks out with my food and I asked if their system was working. She said she didn’t know but they are short staffed. I tried being nice because I know how it is to be short staffed. I get home and the chicken Caesar salad I ordered had 3 think strips of chicken and no dressing. I even paid extra for dressing and still didn’t get any dressing. Called to store and they said they can’t do anything about it unless I wanted to drive back up there and get it. I spoke to the manager and while I’m in middle of conversation she hung up on me. Called back and the one that answered hung up on me when I asked for manager again. I called again to get the names of the manager and she tried refusing to give me her name because it’s personal Information. Not like I’m asking for an address just want the first name. After 5 mins she finally gave it to me after asking someone if it’s ok. (Coliega is the Manager however you spell it) and Mike is the GM. Mike was too busy to talk to me. I will not give them another dime of my money. It shouldn’t have even went this far but after they hung up in me for no reason, I thought it was very unprofessional. I know why they are short staffed. I took a picture of one of the potatoes I ordered. I scraped the inside out to show that it’s so burnt you can even eat any of it because it takstes burnt.
I feel that when 3 people are standing at the register trying to enter an order and one is scrolling on her smart phone while my food order is sitting on the ready line getting cold. When I asked if that was my food I was to told to give a moment. When you pay for your food you are prompted to leave a tip. I left a tip with the expectation that the service would warrant a tip. It did not.
Definitely hit and miss here. Dined in & was the busiest I've ever seen it, bathroom was a mess & nowhere to sit because empty dirty tables everywhere. When it's THAT busy, yall NEED TWO PEOPLE clearing & cleaning tables not just one!!!!!!!!!!!But during this visit the food was AMAZING!!!! (Reason for still 4 stars). But had another recent visit for pick up & I ordered the same thing because it was so good & it barely had any meat on my sandwich & no pickles, with any order when you specifically click to have the pickles, it was even on the slips attached to the boxes! Disappointed with that visit, that's the reason to loose a star. These 2 visits were within the same week. Idk if they were running out of food (meat AND pickles) but it made that experience suck.I'll be back, hopefully won't be disappointed again!
I always enjoy my experience at Moe's. The place consistently offers great food. Whether I go in to eat or DoorDash or pickup, the food is always great. Only complaint is that they need to be better staffed at the desk on weekends. It gets pretty busy with the line out the door and I often see one person taking orders. Then she ends up being cranky because she's overstressed. I've seen management there and they didn't even step in to start taking orders to alleviate some of the congestion. Kind of like I 26 traffic. There is something to do about it. The store just has to do it.
Great food and good prices. Only reason that I did not give them a 5 star was they used to walk around and refill your drink. Now you have to go up to the counter where people avoid eye contact with you until you say something to get their attention for a refill. Other than that great experience
I'm a Door dash driver and picked up an order from here today 04/07/22 just before noon. When I got to where it was being delivered, I went to grab the bag of food and a cockroach crawled out of the bag -a cockroach, not a palmetto bug- and jumped into my car. I let the customer know that a roach crawled out of his bag of food, and then it took me close to 15 minutes of searching my car before I found it and was able to kill it. I have thankfully never personally ate there, and now never will. Roaches in your food is just about everyone's worst nightmare when eating out. I get this is the south and bugs happen, but that's why there is pest control. And there is no way the infestation is that bad and they don't know about it
Ordered two salads and two soups. Salads shown on the web page of course looked nothing like what we got as carry out. The small cardboard container held something between a side salad and a full salad. It did taste good. What I got for over $11 should have cost $7. The soups were ok but not great. Probably will not go back.
I've been going here for years. I've had no problem with this place but with one employee. Someone called her Emily. She was my cashier and she was extremely rude to me. She was a short girl with a big attitude. I can't believe the way I was treated. She had to been new because I've never seen her before. All I am asking is to retain her on how to treat customers. I will no longer eat there because of her. She kept rolling her eyes at me and making huffing sounds when I talked. Like I was annoying her. If she didn't want to work then she should not be there. I can't believe the way she treated me. I asked her to speak with a manager and she said that no one was there, that would talk to me. I know she was lying. What a rude and unreasonable person. I feel like I was stomped on and brushed aside by the company.
I was a little disappointed. I ordered 2 New Yorkers, both were quite salty, both I and the other person who ate it, had a hard time eating it, and the pickle spear was missing. Their cucumber tomato salad was awesome. Will not order these sandwiches again.
Love coming here! Everyone is so nice concerning how busy they are. My favorite locations are this one and Charleston. Only exception is this location has nice staff at the register. Food at this location is great as well as the other. I recently went to the other location the other day but went here today! Thank you for making my experience great!
