I've ordered Marco's religiously every saturday or Sunday of every week for 3 years now at this location. Its be phenomenal up until 4 months ago. From my wings coming not fully cooked, crispy (as ordered "triple" in the instruction) to now my pizza being an hour late past ETA. That doesnt bother me as much as the manager on May29 2022 9:50pm talking to his fellow employee while I'm on the phone trying to get a confirmation and him refusing to discuss it with me, but rather yell at his fellow coworker as to what needs to be said and proceeded to continue to yell in reference to my call. I'm 32 years old and have no problem coming there directly. Order was placed at 8:40pm, ETA was 9:20pm I received it at 10:10pm as I'm making this comment, delivery #254. Inspected the pizza and its burnt. Driver said the manager on duty was Thomas. I want this resolved immediately
couldnt use deals on the app, didnt even give a reason and was quite rude when i asked why. Tried a second time to still just try the food and was on hold on the phone for 10 minutes, but looked through the window and saw nothing but teenagers messing around. Genuinely a bad location and bad staff team. Im sure the food is okay, just dont go to this location or even try and call. they wont answer ??♀️
We stopped going to this place for some reason a year back but decided today hey... lets get some pizza....Walked in there and was like Hi... do you guys have any specials...? I hear nothing so I grab a menu and start looking...I'm thinking well its ok maybe they are under staffed...My son is like dad download the app for deals...I download the app and ask if I can use it and I hear no... those deals do not work here... Well ok... I started to feel like I was begging to order a pizza.... So I looked at my son and was like... Now I remember why we stopped going here lol... long story short good luck with this place...
Last night I order 2 pizzas cheese bread & drink. I called the store because I didn’t receive my sauces for the bread so they said they would send it out in 25 minutes. To my knowledge they never came because I never received a knock or ring. 6 am this morning I stepped on a box of cheese bread coming out my door for work. I’m very dissatisfied & disappointed at this location & it’s been terrible for the past 8 months I’m done spending my good money on this terrible pizza ??
Every time I order from this location they mess up either by not putting extra cheese or not cutting my pizza at all I’m threw wasting my money on terrible service and pizza. Btw don’t call the store the managers there are very rude & incompetent.
We got tack out there tonight got Calzones.it was nothing but bread hardly any meat in side at all my husband was very disappointed ?. I think we'll not be going back.
Working in the area and wanted a pizza to eat while watching the football games in my hotel. Looked up on Trip Advisor; had good reviews and DoorDash delivered. Great stuff! Was not disappointed.
We ordered 2 large pizzas one pepperoni and 1 sausage from Marcos in cane bay and it was terrible. The pizza was bubbled up and there were very few toppings on it plus half of the pizzas didn't have any toppings. I ended up throwing it out and made sandwiches for dinner. My family was very disappointed
We ordered 2 pizzas and a chicken Caesar salad last night for dinner and the football game. The salad came with no dressing so I called back and they said they would have the driver return. After waiting an hour, I called back. The manager informed me that the driver was already gone for the night! (My husband had given the driver a 20$ tip on a 44$ order and we live less than a mile and 1/2 away) ???I guess it was too much of a problem for Marcos to make it right!!
We ordered a take out pizza tonight , once again this is the third time our pizza has had zero pizza sauce on it. I called once before about this and was met with a girl who said she was too busy to assist and would credit me and never did . So this time I’m pretty fed up with the lack of accuracy we have experienced numerous times now. Along with no sauce the toppings were under the cheese we had to double check to even see if when had what we had picked. Also why was a 8.99 carry out 10.74? We use to love this location but now probably won’t order again.
