We walked in about 11:45 am on a Friday. The music was like being at a concert and standing next to the speakers. I asked to sit far away from it and we were shown to a booth. The space bwt the seat and table edge was very very narrow. We moved to another table. Our waiter tried his best and did a very good job. I had chimichangas and it had a refried bean puree, a stale nacho chip cup with lettuce, a few cubed tomatoes, and the smoothest, lemony, vinegary guacamole I ever had. The chicken was fine, highly seasoned, with something tasting like lemon and/ or vinegar. The other meal that my mother-in-law had was a cheesesteak fajita she said she liked it but there were piles of meat that she could not chew they were so grisly left on her plate. The pictures of the restaurant sort of tells you about how it's being taken care of. The last time I was at one of these restaurants must have been 10 years ago but this is the only one that my mother-in-law would go to and I doubt she'll want to go there again.

Not sure where the negative reviews are from but I just had the best tacos I have ever had in my life. Had the Quesabirria Tacos and Elote (street corn) and both were the absolute best! Fun atmosphere, too!! Ate dinner at the bar and had a blast. Bartender was excellent! Will go back anytime in town & send all colleagues there!!!

food was great. BUT — had to ask the server twice for a straw and never received one after asking. no mild salsa. gave 2 carry out boxes when he clearly seen 4 of us with food on the plate needing boxed. & they charged us gratuity of 15% for a table of 4, planned on tipping but they tipped themselves.after leaving we got a notification amount was taken from bank, only to find it was way more than what we had signed a bill for. went back to the restaurant for clarification and they said they might have added someone else’s food to our bill (???) or “it was the other La Hacienda” even though we had only been gone 10 minutes and had the receipt in my hand. don’t know how that happens but okay. was refunded in cash. CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT WHEN YOU LEAVE.

Quite literally the WORST experience at a la hacienda I’ve ever encountered, I called ahead and asked if they could seat a table of 8, OUTSIDE within 10-15 minutes, they said yes come on over. My family & I got here, and it has been by far the worst experience since we walked up. The staff has been extremely rude, told us it would be over 20 minutes of wait; which sure that’s fine we’re willing to wait, however we went back in to ask about pulling the tables together outside & they acted like it was a sin to want to eat outside (even when we called ahead?!? And they said yes prior) the staff here is incompetent & rude & if I were a food critic & restaurant critic I would have this establishment shut down. We have been nothing but kind & understanding & they have been so hostile. I’m pretty sure my food will be messed with as well. Do not recommend & will not be coming back to this location.

Very disappointed, waiter took our drink order, but never brought, we had to ask another waitress to get them, waiter never showed up to take our order, chips were stale. Only had hot salsa, (no mild ) so asked for bill an left, also restaurant very hot. AC apparently was not working an it was 84 degrees, front door was open when left

My friend and I had dinner here last night and, honestly, it was the worst Mexican food I've ever had. My fish tacos were tasteless (I didn't even finish one of the three; no offer to take them off the bill or replace them w/another menu item) and my friend said the same thing about his burrito ; even the rice and beans were not seasoned well. Our margaritas were served in plastic cups and we were charged $10.00 each for them! The street corn was good but had way too much mayonnaise. The service was horrible. Our waitress did not visit the table even once after she put the food on the table. Needless to say, we will never go there again. I wish I had read these reviews before we went there the first time. Oh, and the bill for 2 people (margaritas, street corn, fish tacos with extra charge for a tiny cup of guacamole, burrito w/rice and beans . . . $91.00. No kidding.

Tried to post this earlier, not sure what happened. Anyway, enjoyed my dinner tonight until I got to the steak which was overcooked and too tough to eat. My waitress offered to get another steak but by then we were ready to leave. She hadn't check on us too often. A half hearted sorry was the best she could muster I guess. If you eat here don't order the steak vallarta.

Great dining experience with an a amazing atmosphere and an amazing hospitality service! Oh and if you like music they got you covered made me wanna dance. Appreciate you!

If the hostess would get off her phone to seat people. Absolutely rude staff. I would complain to a manager if I thought they cared but there is no way they do.

Just had lunch and they only had customers at two tables in the whole restaurant. I counted at least four employees so they can’t use short staff for the worst service I’ve had in over a year. I had to ask for a menu twice never refilled my drink never once came to check on me. Food was warm not hot mediocre taste at best. First and last time For me.
