Outstanding service,Great Food and more food than we could eat. We had to get take out boxes for what we could not eat. Love this place...
My sister and I stopped by for a late lunch. Because of this, the service was a bit slow. But the food was really great. I've eaten chicken there several times, but was in the mood for a burger. I can honestly say this was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten.
Absolutely love this place. It’s be excellent every time we’ve eaten here. They have the best wings in the area. Everything else I’ve tried has been good too.
Got chips and queso. Chips stale yet oily at the same time. Queso was nothing special with some cold chunks, perhaps it was microwaved. Server them informs us that there is a 3.5% credit card fee after giving us the food. We get chicken sandwich and tenders with fries. Fries come out fresh, but have absolutely zero taste. Chicken sandwich was cold and there was nothing redeeming about it. "special sauce" is ranch and pickle juice (I think). Place was hot because doors were open, letting in a bunch of flies. Not coming back. One of the worst tasting meals I've ever had.
We were in a hurry to grab something to eat but not enough for dine-in. I called to place an order, and the young lady answering the phone was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of the menu. Upon giving my order, she proceeded to tell me a way to save money. You don't see that every day.I have eaten at this establishment enough times to know it's more the nature of the business than a one-time occurrence. They are slow at times and, on occasions, very slow but don't let that stop you because the food is often worth the wait.My wife loves the cherry coke ad bobby fries.
Staff tries but is quite ovwrworked/understaffed, leading to a lot of little mistakes that add up and slow everything down for everyone. Wings are good but make sure you're very clear about what you want when you order. Haven't had as much luck with other food options, tends to be very heavy and greasy; plenty of room for improvement there.
The Bobby Fries are sooo good. The drinks are always good (sometimes a bit too strong lol) and the bartenders are friendly and efficient. I've had two great bartenders there. I love the wings and just sitting and watching the games.
Great food, atmosphere, and bartenders/wait staff are very attentive. Everytime I've gone, the food was piping hot and tasted amazing. My go-to spot.
This 5 stars should directly to our Joseph &v the manage on duty tonight, Phillip.By far the best service we have had & we are local and there VERY often. Joseph is very personal and all around amazing he knew the menu well and suggested the best drinks! Great timing for food and drinks.Phillip, I can start with I also work in food and Bev, I am a AGM and I have to say that he is by far one of the greatest assets that Kicken had had, he is so hard working and we were there for about 2 hours and watched him bus tables, run food, and greet all guest, on top of table touching every table. He is by far tha best manager I have seen there.The hostess in the other hand her name is Megan. Worst attitude, yelled in the middle of the dinner room at HER boss extremely disrespectful. And by far the worst attitude I have ever seen in customer service.Phillip handled the situation very well. But she is absolutely terrible.
Good consistent quality and served hot. Even got a table visit from an owner. Only negative was the Philly chicken bun should not be sliced all the way thru in my opinion. Too messy that way. Bit the bun was fresh and tasty. Will be back.
