The worst experience I’ve had at a sit down restaurant. For the first half of our experience we thought we we’re being punked. The service was so awful we thought that it was a joke our appetizers arrived before our drinks. When we asked our waitress about our soft drinks she admitted that she had completely forgotten that we needed drinks. We asked the check to be split two ways and it couldn’t have been split more improperly. After the ordeal we just asked management to re-split the checks correctly which took a good 15 minutes since the waitress had already processed our cards. Zaxby’s would be cheaper and better than this place.
Very friendly staff and they stayed busy cleaning and looking after guests. Food was delicious. I ordered a house salad with buffalo chicken and it was very big and delicious. Husband ordered a cheeseburger and fries and enjoyed it very much. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place and friendly and helpful attitudes of the staff.
Food is good, but the service is bad especially if you are black. You are suppose to go there to relax, have a drink if you want, and have some good food. They try to rush you out and when they mess up your order, or charge you more than what they are suppose to, or like in my case, I got 2 shots that were suppose to be $14, and instead I got charged $53. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, he was ok at first, until he gave me the wrong receipts, then couldn't come up with the receipt where I was suppose to get my refund....then got upset with me talking about I was harassing him and the woman who messed up on the charges. Black people's, Do not go to this place.....just saying.....
Erika S is the best bartender and helps give me the best experience every time I come to kickin chicken. She knows exactly what I like to drink and makes me feel at home every time I come In. I actually get a little disappointed when she’s not in. Erika is great and the number reason I return as often as I do. Thank you Erika!! You are amazing!!
Wonderful lunch and great service! Nice and warm inside on this COLD day in Sville. Fabulous, generous portions,great tasting food!
Had a really good experience here. I sat at the bar. The bartender was great, I never waited for service long. She was super polite and very nice. I got an appetizer and dinner, both were very good. Nothing gourmet but good bar food I'd say. 5 drknka/shots + food was a very good price. My only gripe was I watch dishes, from the bar at least be "washed" by dipping in a 3 system sink with some chemicals I'm sure. As someone who has 10 years in service industry as a bartender. I've picked up glass with lipstick residue on it, that requires more than a a dip, at least a high powered wash in a machine wash. Could be just me, but I'd prefer my dish that's been used by many people that day to be more than dip cleaned.
My son and I went there first time. He got and enjoyed the 12 pc chicken wings. I got the CBLT wrap and it was delicious ?! The server was wonderful! The ONLY reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the restrooms could use some updated renovation.
The service was great. The food was nothing to write home to mom about, but it by no means was bad. Was seated almost immediately, the waitress was always there to provide a top off on the drinks and to see if we needed anything else. A quick note on the great service. I eat mostly vegetarian, so they offered a black bean burger. I was reluctant to get it due to me getting some pretty bad ones in the past. She offered for me to get it and if I did not like it she would remove it from my bill. That made it risk free. Now that is service. I did order it and it was not bad. I purchase 2 gift cards for friends and family from here because I was so pleased with them. The picture is of their appetizer loaded fries with ranch, cheese, and bacon.
Ordered takeout and was convinced by a server that the tater tots were a better choice over fries because they were super crispy….Chicken tender batter was definitely old and/or fryer oil needs to be changed urgently. Batter was flavorless, didn’t cover the tenders, had some uncooked batter on them as well, and was really hard, tasteless, and texture was like that of a rock. They couldn’t have been over cooked as my order only took about 7 min from when I ordered it, unless they pre-cook them in large batches and have them staged in a bin to reheat. Sorry to say the tater tots were all smashed up, not cooked all the way, and more of like a half raw mashed potato. At least the honey garlic dipping sauce was good! They got that going for them, but could use some better help and/or new tactics in the kitchen. Probably won’t go there again which is a shame because the atmosphere seemed pretty cool and like a great place to watch sports
A little over seasoned and not a fan of my chicken tenders sitting in chicken juice or the sauced wings drowning in the sauce. The taste was ok.
