What's the point of having an app for in-store pickup if they don't start making your order until after you arrive? After arriving 8 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, they hadn't started. 4 customers in the place. 1 person in line. I normally would just have let this one go, but this has become the pattern here. The place is not busy, bag with ticket just sitting on the counter. Like it was forgotten again. Sorry. For the amount our family spends here we would expect better service.

Overpriced and quality of ingredients of sandwich was just not there
I would give more stars because the food is good, I had a fine super long black hair tied up inside of my sandwich. I bit into my sandwich and seen what I thought was the skin of the tomato, so I pulled it and kept pulling it smh. I ended up spitting out the entire piece I bit off. I pulled out the entire hair strand it it was complete wrapped up In the sub sandwich. I noticed also tht the employees do not even wear hair nets and there was a girl swinging her ponytail around the food. All restaurants should require hair nets to be worn including this establishment.
I don't know what you guys did differently tonight but the subs we ordered deserve 10 stars. Great job, friendly staff.

Worse place to go and order from in the evening hours except for lunch time. The lady that made my sandwich doesn't know how to listen. Left off the banana peppers the vinegar salt and pepper and oregano on top of just putting 2 pickles on the sandwich.
These guys were absolutely swamped with customers when I walked in. But they did an awesome job of taking care of everyone quickly and staying calm and polite. Well trained and very professional! Plus the sandwich was awesome but you already knew that.
Needs to update hours if your not going to stay open till 9
