After waiting an hour and still no food or drink refills we left. We were seated in front of the kitchen and this awful smell filled the air…so we moved to a new seat on the other side of the restaurant and we could still smell it. So I’m not sure how I would have been able to eat with that smell anyway. The restaurant was not busy and less than 10 tables had people at them. I honestly think our waiter forgot to put our food order in and forgot about us completely?
Place was empty. Waitress initially acted like she couldn't be bothered with us. She came around and was nicer towards the end of our meal. Tables were sticky ? food was okay, fries warm but not hot, eggs not cooked how I requested, bacon on blt was soggy, tomato slices were very thick. I haven't been here for at least 5 years and am in no hurry to return.
They were very busy this past Sunday after church. The waitress was very nice but she had a lot if tables to help. I think that IHOP was short staffed like most restaurants!
It's everything you would expect from an IHOP. Plenty of pancakes, average pricing. Food was a little slow coming out but they could have been training new cooks. Dinning room and restrooms were very clean. I will go back.
I placed a rather large pickup order and the server I spoke to on the phone struggled to input my order into their computer but was very nice. She told me about 25 minutes and I got to the restaurant early, after about 15 minutes and our food was already ready to go. It was clear they’re very short staffed, like so many other places at the moment, but they’re doing the best they can. The food was great and exactly as we ordered it.
The food was great but the service was slow but it still was good service
Food was ok.. Wasn’t done how we requested - NO well done/crispy hash browns and my pancakes weren’t blueberry. It was hard to get my servers attention to correct. (They we’re NOT BUSY) But it didn’t taste bad it just NOT what I ordered.
Cranberry vanilla pancakes were delicious. Hopefully they can stay busy. It was absolutely empty. I highly recommend. Food was great
There is never anyone working the front counter. I have been in several times since covid started. And there is never a host, and barely anyone waiting tables. When I tried mobile ordering. I was left sitting for 2 hours waiting for the meal that was supposed to be ready. The food is fine, but the service is non-existent
