SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! The food was horrible. Ordered at 8:50pm and was served old, reheated food. Chicken was hard as a rock and the fried rice was a bit crunchy. Restaurant doesn’t close until 10pm. Not sure why the food wasn’t fresh. To put icing on the cake, it was more like a half order for full price! They will not be getting anymore of my money. Not sure why this place has gone so far down hill than what it use to be!
The worst food that I have ever had.Ordered the PuPu platter. Everything on the platter was burnt and very greasy.Ordered vegetable fried rice and very little vegetables was in the rice. Egg rolls had nothing but cabbage and no other vegetables.Menu on website is totally out dated and current prices are much higher.
Worst food ever! PuPu platter burnt to crisp, veg fried rice had almost no veg., egg rolls had very little cabbage and NOTHING else and also greasy. AWFUL!!!!
Used to be good but now it sucks, mostly due to customer service issues. Came here once and tried to pay with card but the cashier saw I had enough cash to pay for the order and demanded I use it. Came back again and could barely understand the cashier, she was very rude to me and every customer after me.
We absolutely love Great Wall. We moved from Chicago a few years ago and it took us about 4 years to find a place we really enjoy for takeout Chinese. They remember us every time we go in to pick up our food and our food is always on point. We would highly recommend and love ordering at least monthly.
The food was good but the customer service was trash in person. The woman taking orders at the register was rude. She caught an attitude while we were explaining our order.
