Wow a new favorite. Thin double stacked burger nicely cooked so it is caramelized. Their custard is such a great change from normal fast food white stuff. And did I mention the fried cheese curds... Yum! Not a good place for diet or heart but good food for eating!
Ate twice from this location via DoorDash. The first time wasn’t to satisfaction; however, I decided to wait and give them another chance. As for my second and last last time eating from Freddy’s (altogether) it’s a no-go. Twice is enough for me for someone to provide unsatisfactorily service and with poor product(s). I did not received a Dbl Cheeseburger, (see pictures as to what was carefully placed on my sandwich and within their reasoning), this was acceptable to them and to wrap it and service to a customer. Imagine!!!
Replace the management and workers. The place smells like a garbage dump. The staff doesn't know what they're doing. And the food is horrible. Place is very unsanitary and the staff doesn't wear hair nets.
Finally decided to stop in when I seen it wasn’t so busy. Friendly staff. Service was fast. Was clean inside and outside. Food was hot and fresh. Food is good for the price but I would rather spend a little more and get a better burger somewhere else. They stay busy so I know there doing something right. Didn’t try the ice cream yet but will stop in again to try.
TL:DR: Slow service. The food is best when you dine in. Customer service needs improvement.I'm a fan of Freddy's in general, but not this location in particular. It takes 10-20 minutes to get food even when it's not busy. Food quality is hit an miss. The one time I went through the drive though during lunch thinking it would be faster I was gravely mistaken. Not only was the wait quite long, when I opened my food my fries were cold and unseasoned, and my steakburger patties were so old they were almost rubbery and the edges weren't crispy anymore. It was like they'd been sitting in a damp warmer all day. Today when I ordered a kid's meal for my son we were charged for the meal and then extra for the included applesauce and drink. I went back to the counter and another employee (not the cashier) was able to process the refund which I appreciated. However, the employee was wearing his food gloves while he did so and then went back to scooping custard without changing to new gloves that I could see. The location is still not recognized in the Freddy's app so I can't order ahead to get ahead of the slow service. Only my first time using the app was I successful in submitting the order in my app for rewards. When I tried to add my receipt today for rewards the store number wasn't printed on the receipt.
Good portions, fries overflowing, fast and friendly customer service. Reminds me of what fast food SHOULD be. Also delicious burgers. Cannot wait to try out their custards and Chicago dog

This is one of my husband's favorite places to eat. He really likes the hamburgers. The first time we went the french fries were not the best. But we have been several times after that and the french fries are good if you like very thin french fries then you will love these. I find the hamburgers a little salty but my husband thinks they're just right. We have always had a seat when we walked in and have not had to wait. There are a lot of people working and they seem to be coordinated. Our meals are always called in and appropriate time.
After reading all of the really bad reviews, I was hesitant to try the food here. But a friend said they really liked the smash burgers so I had to take a chance. I'm really glad I did!! The burgers are cooked fresh, they are thin and big on purpose and absolutely delicious! Also, the lady at the window was super friendly which was refreshing compared to most drive-thru experiences. Must've had a major shift in last 3 months because this place deserves 5 stars for great food, good value and great customer service. I'm a new customer ?
Food was good. Service was much faster than I expected by reading previous reviews. The woman in the drive thru did not hear me correctly when I ordered chocolate vanilla swirl custard in a cup. They gave me a shake. It was good though. I’ll try it again for some ice cream next time.
