My only complain about five guys is the price. You are going to pay between 8 and $10 for the hamburger alone. When you add french fries and a drink you are now going to pay about 16 to $17 a person. My husband and I went and both got the double patty burger, french fries, and drinks. Our bill was $38. I just think that is a lot to pay for hamburgers and french fries. The hamburger is delicious but pricey.
The food was good, it really was.Without a doubt though, one of the filthiest restaurants I’ve ever been in.The drink counter had trash all over it, every table in the room was dirty, trash and food all over the floor. Peanut shells all over the floor too. Can’t imagine what the bathrooms looked like. Staff did their job, but weren’t friendly at all…I love Five Guys, but probably will have to put this location on my “NO” list.
Customer service was horrible! The lady behind the counter had no desire nor will to produce my order as I placed it. When I asked for it to be corrected she copped an attitude shoved her hand down the bag and flung my food around. I stood there for a little bit trying to get her attention to let her know that the order was completely wrong and she actively avoided me and ignored me. Will never return.
Went to grab dinner and when my girlfriend's daughter took one bite of her burger and found a hair in it. Spending $49.00 and leaving a $2.45 tip the Manager refused to speak with us and had the cashier only refund $10. I told the gentleman at the register we didn't want any of the order and the Manager then decided to refund us only another $35.00 and said she was keeping $4.00 for the drink that only cost $2.79 and keeping the $2.45 tip! Extremely poor customer service when it was a problem on their behalf and we only ate a bite of a burger and a couple of fries!!
Best burgers and fries ever!!!! My family loves this place!. There is a high demand in the food industry and I feel like they don't get enough credit for all they do . So I won't to thank you all for all y'all do ...you are appreciated.
If you can’t open on time due to short staff but the restaurants around you can then management is the problem not the people. Not just store manager but I blame district manager as well.Very disappointing
How long you have to wait for the most expensive fast food on the planet!! Yea the burger tastes good but when you have to wait 30 mins to get your food, not worth the hassle.
my daughter wanted a chili cheese dog - was told they didn’t have chili. got a cheese dog instead and got a cheeseburger and fries.. total was almost $30. $6 for a hot dog with sliced cheese? i could have made that at home. i’m new to the area and wanted to give it a try. NEVER again. beyond overpriced.. ridiculous!
I walked into this five guys, no one was in line. The workers ignored me, the one that was supposed to work register looked at me and then went to the dinning room to refill his drink. The manager came out and didn't take my order either. My fiance and i ended up walking out and going to chipotle where we were able to get food. Not sure how these people stay in business, but do yourself a favor and go next door to Chipotle instead.12/18/21 ~4:00pm
They're keeping short hours and don't allow dining indoors, but there are tables outside, the burgers are as good as ever, Ave there's a great ice cream shoppe next door
