DO NOT RECOMMEND! You may not get your order! I placed an online order on 6/22/22 and it stated that my order would be ready at 6:15pm. I arrived at 6:25 thinking I gave them a few extra minutes. The man at the counter said that my order was not ready and asked that I give them 7 minutes. I paid for my order and informed him that I had groceries in the car and I needed to go turn the AC on so they would not spoil, he said fine. 10 minutes later I arrive again but the doors are locked. He came and let me in and said that they needed 10 more minutes and if I parked out front by the tree that he would bring it out to me. 15 minutes later still no pizza! I tried calling and they would not answer the phone! Finally at 6:45pm, I just left because I knew the doors were locked and I had groceries spoiling in the car! I never received the order I paid for!
Quoted wait time was acceptable, 45 minutes, and was about accurate. The pizza itself left much to be desired though. First, it look thrown together, the toppings were each in their own lumped group, not scattered evenly. We purchased the BBQ chicken, which was lacking in two major ingredients, you guessed right if you thought chicken and BBQ. This pizza was NOT worth the price paid.
New in town and wanted to try something new. This was my second order. The first order was pretty good, so we decided to give them another try. Food arrived and the order was all wrong, I immediately placed a call to them because the gentleman that delivered the food had just left. I spoke with a very pleasant young man and told him what my issue was. He offered a credit for the food, I told him that I didn't really want a credit, I would prefer another pizza. He didn't hesitate to confirm what my order was and told me I would receive it shortly. My new pizza arrived and the same well dressed gentleman, with the same welcoming spirit brought the new pizza back. He was very pleasant and seemed very patient. I showed him the first pizza and he asked me to check the 2nd pizza. It was AMAZING!!! Someone really took their time and remade the pizza, almost to perfection, the only down fall was that it wasn't enough for seconds. I greatly appreciate the young man who answered the phone and the very nice delivery driver who had to come back twice. By the way, the first time I placed an order, it was a very nice young lady who took my order and she delivered my pizza, very pleasant staff at this establishment, I will surely place more orders and I will absolutely recommend this restaurant to all my friends. JOB WELL DONE!!
I live in Cane Bay and placed an online order for delivery thinking because they are nearby it wouldn’t take that long. After waiting over an hour I call the location and ask when my pizza would be delivered and the customer service was AWFUL I requested my order be cancelled because it hadn’t even left the restaurant yet over an HOUR later and the person on the phone told me they couldn’t refund my money because only the owner could do it and the owner wasn’t there. I don’t know if it was an off day but I usually really like this location. But NEVER again.
I hate this establishment. I keep giving them chances and their service is garbage. Waiting 2hrs for food is beyond ridiculous and to keep being told your food is on the way when they know it isn’t is pathetic. Last time they completely forgot to make my order and tried to make up for it with this dry cake. This is the last time. I don’t even know they’ve managed to stay in business all this time. The food was good. We had a Philly Chease Steak pizza, the Chi Town Chicago Style pizza, and a meatball sub. The food was good. The service left a little to be desired. They were short staffed and I get that, but there were other issues that weren't related to short staffing. I have gone to the other Famulari's and liked it better. I think next time we will go to the other one.

Had a credit for a nasty pizza on our order last time. I figured I would give it one more try. Then I was told I had to still pay $16.95. I would give it a zero star but the delivery guy Mike was great. You tell me if that looks yummy. Lost my business.
Beautiful restaurant and bar. Korey makes amazing drinks while also being incredibly respectful and accommodating. The food was outstanding and honestly, they are a top shelf eatery in Cane Bay.
Had the deluxe pizza, fried mushrooms and the garlic butter wings. All tasted great. They were short staffed but they were serving with smile the whole time.
