Very difficult to communicate with the employee. Tried three different flavors of ice cream and they all tasted bad. Just some weird taste to them that didn't taste fresh.

Quality ingredients you can taste and the best Gelato I've ever had (a hazelnut chocolate and coffee choc chip)!They also make amazing cotton candy in several flavors ( grape is amazing) they even have boba tea! Dreaming of going back soon!
I order a bubble tea (iced milk tea with tapioca pearls) from here all the time! Delicious and the service is always good. The ice cream looks good, too.

Unfriendly staff. She couldn't hear my son say cone and not cup. Switches it out but proceeds to give us a death stare. Then charges for the unused cup. Who's the grinch.
Great ice cream, gelato, and sorbet shop in Summerville, SC. People behind the counter were very nice and even patient with kids and tastings. I noticed they clean the ice cream scoops regularly not just place them in running water or reuse them constantly between ice creams. They have attention to detail even when they are scooping your ice cream. They scoop with such delicacy. The sorbets we ordered were phenomenal. It was a great experience!
