I eat here often. The food is hit or miss. I usually get the french toast, home fries & bacon. The french toast is sometimes cold & the potatoes on several occasions have been more burnt skin rather than home fries. The waitresses are always nice. When my food is either cold or burnt the ladies get fresh good food with no problem.
New to Summerville and took us awhile to to find this place. Now our go to spot for breakfast. Largest menu selection for breakfast I've seen since the pandemic. Service is excellent and friendly.
I had the breakfast burrito and hubby had the grand classic. Both were good! The grand classic included 3 eggs, bacon AND sausage, grits and home fries. Our server Nyocca stayed on top of anything we could possibly need and was very friendly! The only downside was an A/C (?) repair person was cleaning returns over tables during business hours. The restaurant was comfortable so not sure why it couldn’t be done afterwards. That aside we will be back.
One of the few chains I'll go to in the Charleston area. It's not amazing but I haven't had anything I didn't like. It's breakfast foods so it's hard to mess up.
First time eating here. Service was fast and super friendly. Portion sizes were great for the prices. And our server Erica was absolutely amazing! Best customer service we've seen in a long time!!! Definitely will be making this a routine breakfast stop.
The absolute best breakfast I've had in a long time. Eggs, potatoes, coffee....all excellent ! I'm not much of a toast guy, but theirs was so good, I considered ordering more. And, make sure you try the sausage gravy.
I went to Eggs Up Grill in Knightsville just last week and had exceptional service from Nyocca. Not only were our dishes perfect, but the waitstaff, kitchen staff and management all seemed to enjoy working there! I love to see that in hospitality. It makes our environment so much more comfortable. I'll definitely be back!
1st eating here. Definitely bigger inside than it looks. We were sat right away, Unfortunately upon bringing us our food we found a long hair (the waitress actually saw it first) she immediately apologized and took food back for new. Returned with fresh food and said the problem was fixed in the kitchen so it won't happen again. All the food was great amd waitress was nice also... would eat here again for sure
Love them. They do a great job every time, even when they're super packed. Excellent food, and all staff are great.
It was wonderful as always. Candis our server was a delight. She was funny and energetic and really made the experience all the better. Next time I go I'm definitely going to ask for her by name and if you want great customer service I suggest you do the same
