I always go through the drive thru. On 2 occasions my donuts seemed damp. i won't be returning to this location.

Okay so I ordered a iced signature latte here early in the morning to start my day and it was supposed to be at the one in ladson. So I was about 4 hours late getting this, but I still came because I don't waste money. I heard one of them made a little comment, but I still proceeded to get what I paid for. There was this pretty brown skin girl who worked there that bought me my order and she was nice about it and explained to me what happened very professional. Just thought I leave a review saying thank you for being professional despite the fact. Just being polite and nice can really make someones day.

My friend and I went to this location today (5.29.2022) around 1315. I ordered three drinks, but when I looked at my receipt only two of the drinks were listed. I also had to repeat portions of my order. I asked my friend if she heard me order the last drink, and she confirmed that she had heard it. My friend ordered a frozen chocolate, but was given a frozen coffee instead. It took about five minutes to get the attention of an employee to inform them of the mistake even though the entire store was empty. Upon inspection of her receipt, the drink was put in as a frozen coffee.The young lady working the register had the personality of a wet paper towel and acted like someone just ran over her puppy. I hope she has a better day, and can fix her attitude and comprehension issues in the future.

Don’t know what’s the problem lately. Order a maple bacon sand which and let the bacon come back BURNT. Why? What I’m trying to figure out. The bacon should NOT be that burnt. The tea is also flat sometimes. Do better. DUNKIN. Someone said Dunkin tastes like river water, can agree when it comes to the tea on special days they don’t decide to put sugar in it.

There’s no way they have 10 employees and it’s that slow. Two playing patty cake up front and the others are sitting around while customers are waiting for orders. Manager in a hoodie and sloppy bun. Never again.

Never had somebody look and act so upset that there’s a customer when NOBODY ELSE WAS IN LINE… the people working around 130pm today REALLY need to work on those bad attitudes…. Like yeah I get it, working in customer service isn’t the best but like… come on, we were very friendly and polite and got treated like we just ran over a family member or something…

i’m not sure which smart one thought it was a great idea to stick frosted donuts in bags, but thank you for causing such a mess. not only while i’m trying to enjoy my donut but in my car… how did you even manage to get icing all over the OUTSIDE of the bag? and how can you look at it like that (frosting on your hands) and still hand that to a customer? halfway covering my avocado toast, with no knife to at least let me spread the rest of it out. and on top of all that the very poor communication skills at ordering and paying window. all i heard was “$— is your to total” and nothing else was said after that. if you hate your job so much, go find another one??‍♀️

We entered the lobby at 7:50am. We said "good morning everyone!" Out of 7 employees, not one responded. The cashier did not hand us the receipt, no one said thank you and not one said bye. 7 employees!

The worst experience I’ve ever had at Dunkin’ Donuts. I didn’t mind that I got the wrong order, but to be rude about it like it’s my fault. K Ionde(employee) I’m not sure how you still have a job, apparently your not grateful about having a job. Quit or be fired because there is always someone else who would love to have a job like yours.

I love Dunkin. Don’t get me wrong. I’d choose Dunkin over Starbucks. But THIS location….. they move so slow. I’ll want a coffee before work and be in the drive thru for 20 minutes. The other location off of ladson and dorchester I’m there maybe 10 minutes. I don’t understand…..
