Was a great place. But they are not training thier employees what is normal in a drink and overcharging. Go to stores all over and my normal frozen coffee with whip cream and ectra carmel is around $6.25 depending on store. The last 2 tomes we were thier they are charging almost 8.00 now whip.cream is extra carmel is extra. Try to tell them the amount isnt right and they tefuse to get a manager. After sitting in line 15 minutes you guys loss a regular customer. Not sure if they are pocketing money at the window are what is going on.
I love going to DD anytime I can. I will say, this location on N. Main in Carnes is making me not want to go to DD ever again. Consistently giving the wrong drink or not filling the cup up, or it takes 20 min for 2 sandwiches. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, and try to go back but each time tells me they aren’t fixing the issues. It’s easier to just take the incorrect order than say something, because it already takes so long to get everything I don’t want to wait any longer. If I did, I would go to a sit down restaurant. I will be supporting local coffee shops from here on out.
Had to wait and allow two other customers to pass me in line because I wanted to pay cash instead of using a card. Then they ended up not having the donuts I wanted which seems to be a regular occurrence for this location. I will take my business to another location. After speaking with the manager she seemed to care more about going back into her office than dealing with a situation probably should rethink who is management.
Awful. Waited over 10 min with 1 car in front of me. Called supervisor on duty she was making excuses and rude then she hung up on me. Will never go to Dunkin again. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Mediocre donuts at best for the service you get
Service and product is horrid! Worst location I’ve ever been to! Asked for a dozen ASSORTED donuts- got 3/4 box of glazed and three chocolate! Stale and tasteless to boot and service was equally as stale! Coffee order is wrong every single time! What is the problem here?!
Hear me out — someone needs to get out there and redirect this drive-thru line. It’s always a long and slow moving line in the morning, and it stops the flow of traffic through this shopping center and it’s kind of nerve-wrecking to be part of it. The overflow line should wrap behind the building, not in front. There is so much space back there. The line of cars holds up people trying to get to other businesses, and blocks people getting who are trying to leave their parking spot. It’s a mess. You can spend around 30 minutes in it too.Now, if you brave this line, be aware that the service is inconsistent. Half the time the drink I get was worth the wait, and half the time it’s just not very good. One time I was given a latte with no espresso. So you’re taking your chances here. It’s a shame because the location is great, the staff is usually nice, but service leaves much to be desired.
Just waited 40 minutes in the drive thru. Tried to send husband in to grab it while waiting in drive thru and it didnt even matter because it somehow wasn't ready. ? So here we are.. stuck in the drive thru trying to get our to go order we placed 40 minutes ago now with a screaming 8 month old. They are serving one car every 5 mins and have a line around the building. If the line is long DO NOT get in line if you value your time.
Great location! Friendly staff that despite the drive thru wrapped and lobby full they moved customers quick and efficient!
This Dunkin' location on North Main Street in Summerville is a well managed Dunkin' location that is a reliable source for quality coffee and donuts. I really like outdoor area that they have available here that is a good place to work or have a meeting. I have been happy with all of the orders that I have had from here.
