My sister and I visited the location a little before closing, our cashier, McKenna, was the sweetest and courteous. I usually understand how some people can get annoyed when customers come in right before closing but she treated us as if we were regulars and was more than helpful.
easily the worst dunkin i have ever been to, the website and the app say i can WALK IN to pick up my online order. when i went to pick it up the doors were locked, no sign on the door and the worker only motioned me to go though the drive through. i wouldn’t have this issue if there was a sign on the door or the walk in was disabled on the app. The whole reason of the online app is to get your food faster than those who don’t have the app.
Dunkin' donuts is always good. But on this day I did not get the opportunity to place my order I wound up in a hurry instead and the rest of my day suffered for it I must try harder to wake up earlier and get on the road sooner so I have plenty enough time to relax and soak in my Dunkin' donuts
Love using the app. The food was delicious and accurate. The drive thru team wasn't attentive. Had to repeat order several times until got right.
Fresh food. But they didn’t say they weren’t open to the public online / on google maps. And no sign on the door. Staff didn’t help customers figure it out easily. So people came and tried to get in. Was inconvenient…
Service was great, but the donuts were dryer than I remember them being.
Just stopped here hoping to get a coffee and nobody came over the drivethru speaker. Pulled up to see if they were closed and there were two girls inside. They stood there laughing and smiling at me I stead of just letting me know they were closed. Like it was hilarious that I was sitting there. They clearly need better employees, or at least some with better customer service.

I went there Tuesday morning a little after 7am. This staff was extremely friendly and helpful despite being busy. They were organized and had great communication and I was in and out quickly.
