Terrible customer service. I ordered one iced decaf and stood there waiting while everyone after me received their food and coffee they ordered. The cashier was very rude standing there drinking at the register and than tells me well I'm not making drinks as the young lady next to her is also standing doing nothing mind you right in front of the coffee. 10 ppl in there and apparently not one cared to make an iced coffee nor did the manager care as well. I frequent alot of DD as I travel for work this by far was the worst customer service can't even get a coffee at a coffee place SMH I'd Give zero stars if I could.

Took half an hour to get a macchiato and bagel bites. Good on everyone for showing up to work! However, the order tags got mixed up, the employees were chatting instead of working, it's possible they forgot two drinks my sister had ordered, the manager went in the back often instead of staying and actually managing, there were at least 15 people lined up waiting for food/drinks

Ordered mobile and got there an hour later. They didn't try to pull the order until I got there and were out of the items. Complete waste of my time. Never again.

Ordered 1/2 dozen doughnuts and a caramel machiato. It was mid morning so I already knew the doughnuts were picked over and settled fornwhat they had. But, I waited over 20 minutes for my coffee while then girl who took my order completely ignored me and other guests who arrived after me continued to receive their drink orders and leave. It wasn't until (im assuming) a shift manager asked me what I was waiting for that someone even began on my coffee. This is all after I left $3 tip on a $12 order in their jar, which the girl promptly took while I was still standing at the register. I just don't get a good feeling at this specific Dunkin.

Pretty fast but they didn’t have the brownie batter donut so that’s bad and there wasn’t enough gabba goo on my bagel, Made for a seriously depressed plain bagel. Do better

God is so good! I just went through the drive-thru to order the bagel bites and iced chai latte and received an unexpected blessing from the awesomely kind person in the car ahead of me. When I tried to pay for my order, the gentleman at the window told me that it was "taken care of and paid in full".Wow!!! Talk about holy goosebumps on the back of my neck!First, I need to say "Thank you Jesus for dying for me and paying the ultimate price of shedding your blood to pay for my sins in full". And secondly, I would like to give a big hug and high-five to the person who paid for my mid-day snack. You made my day!God is Everywhere! He shows us that He loves us every day by sending angels to spread His Love by performing random acts of kindness!!God bless you!

They permanently lost a customer, not that anyone truly cares about that nowadays... but none the less, they stacked our donuts on top of each other just throwing them in the bag ripping the frosting off( I know they have small boxes to prevent these things).We asked them to go light on the cream cheese for our bagel, and they ignored it and just slapped a huge amount on it.... had to scrape most of it off. Biggest problem is, we gave them another chance after poor service in the past.
