Ordered the General Tsos chicken with lo mein. And the Orange chicken ! Both meals looked identical except orange chicken had super tiny slivers of orange peels that made it hard to eat around. They are using the same sauce for the General Tsos and Orange chicken! After seeing another review of someone that ordered general tsos and sesame chicken, their sesame chicken also had the same general tsos sauce. Come on now. Also meat is very poor quality. I should’ve took a picture like the previous reviews to show that they are the same. My advice is to not order anything from here. Go to the Great Wall in wescott , food quality is always superb ! And their Orange Chicken is TRUE orange chicken. Not general tsos with orange peels. NASTY.
I order from this place quite often while I am working my twelve hour shifts as a health care worker. Never have I ever received such premature chicken wings before. I called to see what could be done to make it right and the reply was that there was nothing they could do about it. This is very disappointing. But I will not be eating from here again. Thanks but no thanks.

I just picked up what I ordered to be a vegetable plate combo. The resturaunt gave me a pork plate with vegetables & roll with pork in it. I’ve been a vegetarian for 2 whole years and was running late for my sound check & they needed me to go back across town to process a refund. I have NEVER experienced such LOW customer service in my life & NEVER ate pork since my transition of being vegetarian. I will NEVER recommend anyone to order food from this establishment because they do not value customer needs & most importantly the food wasn’t good at all (according to my friend).
I was refused to be allowed to call in an order because my caller ID is blocked. They would not let me place an order.
Seems to be a hit or miss from reviewers. I ordered twice from here without problems. Can’t say anything bad from my experience.
