Do NOT order from this location.The manager is rude. Does not feel the need to put customers first. He finds it appropriate to say that just because the policy doesn’t state 24hr notification if an order is wrong (he puts it in place himself)He talks to you like you are less than him. And he does so with a condescending smile. I urge you to find another pizza place to enjoy your food from. A sad day for this man. He has a lot to learn about respect and common sense of a situation
Don't order anything from this store unless you want to wait 2-3 hours for delivery. We placed an order for delivery at 5:30 and at 7:30 we still had no pizzas. I called and talked to the store manager and she/he was not professional and could care less that we had got the kind of service we did. The so called manager told us that our problem was we ordered on line instead of calling it in. No our problem was that we ordered pizza from a pizza place that is under staffed. Maybe instead of taking more orders online or on the phone, you should let your customers know that in reality 2-4 hours is the waiting time and that they should try a different pizza place. We're never getting pizza from them again!!!
They used to be pretty decent. Got a burned pizza from them one time but they fixed it. This last time I did a pick up order, get home, and multiple items are missing from the order. I live far out so there’s no way I can come back for them and even if I did the food would have been an hour and a half off by the time I got it. Over two hours old by the time I got home. They tell me they can’t do a partial refund and have to reverse the whole order. When they do, they don’t reverse the full amount paid, only part of the amount. This was after I get a call from them on my way there saying “we don’t see you”. Well. No. You don’t. I didn’t tell you I was there, I was still 5 minutes out and had not send the text saying I was there.Food is decent but not worth the headache to return.
I have often used this Domino's and have never been dissatisfied by the quality of food or the staff. They are top notch. Sullivan did not offer me a free pizza to type this.
I swear it doesn't matter what Dominos i order from, there is something wrong every time. Last night was jalapenos on the cheese bread when I asked to not have any. We order pizza every Friday night and we are no longer going to frequent Dominos. Multiple locations just fail every time.
Ordered online and pick up time was 40 minutes further ahead.Parked at the curbside and waited for about 1 hour without hearing one word. Called asking for an update on my order and the lady said it would be out soon. Waited few more minutes and Went inside of the store and cancelled the order after 70 minutes of wait. Hungry and angry, how could be better?
this place has the worst customer service and food…. their stuffed cheesy bread is not stuffed with anything… it’s just a greasy burnt pile of dough with a little bit of cheese on top and nothing inside…. pizza deliveries take 2 hours….. their tracker doesn’t even work properly…. pizzas have no toppings hardly on them… when there’s a problem with your order they don’t care…. give you attitude… never apologize…just horrible….. do yourself a favor and go someplace else…..
Absolutely awful, ordered $80 worth of food and every single thing was overcooked, plus cold when delivered...
First problem was I waited 2 hours for my 4 items. The pizza I order was cold and wasn't even cut. My pasta had stuff I didn't even order in it. And I paid $5 for the parmesan twist with the marina cheese dip and ended up with the wrong one. I was very unhappy with my order
Second delivery and it’s awesome just like the first. The pizza is still super hot! Pizza ingredients are nicely placed and crust is perfect! You guys are Fantastic! Delivery guys are so nice, I wish I had more money to tip them. We will happily continue to order from you:)
