Good luck placing an order with the expectancy of receiving it at the quoted time. I placed an order today at 1:30, with a 29 to 39 minute delivery window. It is now 2:55. No delivery. I called the store and spoke to Sara who said she was the manager. Needless to say she didn't apologize and had no remedy. Total lack of empathy and ZERO customer service skills. Marketing should definitely change their strategy and stop focusing on their delivery tracker. It's useless. Last time. Who wants cold soggy pizza??
It was the worst wings I have ever had . They were sponge like boiled marshmallows. I ordered mushrooms on half and only 1 slices had em. And the cheese bread was doey inside (not done). And my drinks were warm . Costumer service and a friendly crew were the only good thing about my visit . And I love domino's ❤ better that pizza hut or little Cesar's. Just not this time
we had something delivered and was wrong pizza. tried to call local store and everytime someone hungnup before i could talk to them. i sent a email and still haven't respond to us about it.
Every pizza I have ordered from this Dominos Location has been hot, had plenty of toppings, and has been read to go quickly. Everyone has been helpful as well.

This Domino's on Main Street in Summerville has always been a great one. We've been customers for easily over 10 years.
Ordered from here twice. First time pizza was late, gave credit that expired in a week - didn’t get to use as that was in fine print. Second time pizza was missing almost half the toppings I paid for and never did get promised credit or refund promised after contacting both store and customer service. Pizza is mediocre too.Never again.
This makes the second time that they've delivered to the wrong address 5 houses down. I am done ordering from domino's. Delivered to wrong house, forget dipping sauces, pizza's are burnt etc... always something.
Can you really be proud of serving this to me Dominoes? The noodles were hard and crusty. I think I counted 3 pieces of chicken. Barely any sauce. And it looked like a half serving. And it took about 2 and half (plus) hours to get it delivered. Not cool.
from order time to actual delivery was awesome but the pizza was awful for basically a almost $40.00 pizza that was specially ordered sausage an onion what did they run out of sausage an onion??? entire pizza had maybe 6 pieces of sausage an almost entirely no onion!!!!!
