Great place to go to when you want a cookie! The times I have visited this location my wait was always short "less than 5 minutes", enviroment was clean, and great vibes from the employees.The cookies are HUGE and soft! I gave a mid rating, because I like the different varieties, but believe "besides the toppings added" some of the cookies taste the same "sugar cookie flavor", so I would like to see more flavor in the cookies, but overall they are pretty good. Also an area of improvement for me is I feel some of the cookies "chocolate chip cookie" can be cooked longer so you don't have that doughy undercooked center and taste like it isn't cooked all the way through, but some may like that.
Best cookies ever! Store is clean, beautiful and fun to hang out in while waiting. Staff is friendly, seems hard working and relaxed, and caring! The quality of the cookies and ice cream are well worth the cost, which is surprisingly low! Fun for the family, relatively fast, and deliciously fulfilling!
The cookies are so big. I bought one of each flavor. They were very pleasing to look at. The flavors were good. The chocolate chip was soft so if you like a crunch in your cookie you will not like. Order on the app to keep from standing in line. They are a great gift to have Shipped.

Fast-Forward To Months Later We Adore The Original Chocolate Chip Cookie. This Week We Fell For The Chocolate Lava, White Chocolate Chip And The Teddy Graham Cookies!Can’t Wait To See What’s Next!
Well where do I start? I was very disappointed with my cookies from this place. I drove from West Ashley to get cookies that I nearly needed to take out a loan for! This is not cool and I will not be returning. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. The workers all seem like they dont want to be there and very unhappy, the cookies were so hard I could play golf with them or practice my batting skills. If you want to break your bank and teeth I advise you to come here! If you want fresh cookies for a reasonable price, I advise you to go buy cookie dough from the store and bake your own! This place is like a highway robbery. And you can cut the tension inside the store with a knife. Thanks but no thanks.

I have tried this cookie shoppe several times now, so far my favorite flavors are the peanut butter and sugar cookies. But all the cookies have a really tasty home baked flavor not a commercial taste to them at all, unlike many large bakeries. And even though the location is small the chain has gotten very large but they have maintained their quality.
This is a favorite place of my daughter's. Always interesting flavors of the week to try, but the chocolate chip cookies are my personal favorite. The price seemed a bit much at first glance, but the cookies are HUGE, so well worth the expense.
I am not a fan of cookies. I prefer cake. Let me tell you, Crumbl satisfies whether you like cookies, cakes, pies, or any sweets. Flavors chang every week. With the change of flavors, you get a variety that will satisfy your taste buds from salty to sweet. I had to wait months for my favorite chocolate cake cookie to return. I bought more than enough to freeze them because I didn't know when the flavor would return. That's the negative about flavors. When you know what you like, you can't go back for it week after week. You have to wait for its return. The cookies are expensive, ranging between $3.28 and $4.00. The size of the cookie is huge, and two to three people can definitely share. Unless you don't share desserts, of course. Then, it would feed just one person. I would not recommend eating two cookies. That's just too much sugar. However, if you want to try multiple flavors, cut a piece from each cookie and save the rest for later.
Poor communication, customer service all around terrible experience here. Thanks for wasting 30 minutes of my time and walked out the door empty handed.
