Well, it was 4 of us and we all had the same thing, out of 4 only 2 meals were hot. Our server was new because she didn’t know the Saturday special and what was in the hash browns. We were celebrating Father’s Day and was visiting him so we didn’t want to make a fuss. Cracker Barrel has changed but I’ll recommend other people to go in. I had the fresh steamed broccoli and it was still in the bag when it came to the table is that supposed to happen and it was cold..!

great food and friendly!!!

Wonderful service . Food is delicious

I have enjoyed cracker barrel for years. The service is great, friendly, fast, always checking on use.The food is usually good. This time I had the special, turkey and dressing, the turkey was moist, and tasty, but the dressing wasn't good at all, it was dry and the onions were raw, when I stuck my fork in it, it just fell apart, way over seasoned also, like it had no eggs or juice to make it moist.Other than that it was great!

Cane in today for breakfastHostess kept complaining about having to clean tables and that she was hungry and wished she could eat with every customer. Was told about 15 minutes but the hostess made it happen in about 2.My waiter Jimmy was great he was quick to take my order and food came fairly fast.Portions are smaller taste is not the same had to ask for biscuits. Quality people here but quality of food is way down. They are cutting corners and causing the customer to pay more.My country fried steak and the grits did not taste like the last time I ate at a cracker barrel. The biscuits were hard the pancakes were half the size they used to be.

It seems that since Covid, they are not staffed sufficiently. We went this one morning and we were there for two hours total. This has happened to us the last three times. I understand it’s difficult to find sufficient staff. Maybe you might consider paying them more so they will stay. Our service was not great, but she seemed very overwhelmed by the lack of help. Food was great, but I won’t be back.

Had party of 15 and where told hour and halfWait. Understood that and waiting patiently. To be told another 10 min. Perfectly fine we are big party. Then was told another 30. Waited about 15 and went back in to ask update just to make sure. Was told they have no server to serve us. So why did I wait 2 hours. Be honest and tell us circumstance we were very understanding.

Don't go here if you're in a hurry. Unfortunately, they are still very understaffed. Even having put our name on the list 30 min prior to arriving at the restaurant, we still had to wait about 20-30 min for a table. The website estimated our wait to only be 15 min, so 50/60 min was a little bit surprising. I don't believe this was an off night as, since COVID, we have had numerous waits longer than that. Table service is also very slow, but everything came out correctly. It took about 30 min to get everything. From arrival to departure was about 2 hrs. Our server was very kind and the food was good.

Tonight I ordered a turkey dinner. The waitress had to check to make sure there was some left. Came back and said it was. What I received was 2 orders of mashed potatoes ( one I chose as a side), one skinny slice of turkey and no cranberry sauce or sweet potato casserole. Obviously they were trying to get rid of what little bit they had. I would have been fine ordering something.else. Manager gave me a discount....really? First off gave me something he shouldn't have and then didn't see fit to take it off my bill. This is not my first bad experience there but it will be my last. I didn't ask to have my meal taken off btw..I felt he should have. Maybe even an apology...

Great food and excellent staff
