Only giving two stars because i could tell they were busy and understaffed. That being said that isnt an excuse to not care about the quality of the order. I ordered 2 trays and a couple side items. Everything was just thrown together. I found a receipt for a completely different order IN MY BURGER WRAPPER. Touching the burger. Which i obviously didnt eat on top of it being thrown together so the top bun wasnt completely on when the cheese melted it in place. The receipt was stuck to the cheese. Disappointing quality all the way around. I couldve even understood a mishap like this but it was obvious the employees didnt really care either.
Two stars because Marneza has the worst attitude and probably knows zero about hospitality. She’s rude and god forbid you ask her for something more. More attitude, gives you your stuff and immediately shuts the door so you can’t say anything more.
The staff in the drive thru had a lot of patience with us and accommodated our multiple orders well. The food was cookout, but honestly was not suspecting a piece of wood (yes, actual straight wood) in the fries. That is a new flavor technique I haven't seen before. Very gourmet.
I sat in the second line for 15 minutes as I watched multiple cars in the other line order before me and get there food. I got stuck because of a car in front and behind me. Customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE. The store should consider sitting all their employees down and telling them how a restaurant should be ran. Pretty sure kindergarteners could pull off a better job than these clowns.
All their shakes are excellent double drive-thru so you don't have to wait long either and their prices are good. Everything is getting more expensive these days. Their prices are competitive with a fast food place but the food is better than other fast food places in my opinion.
We visit cookout quite frequently however we were sorely disappointed on our last visit. We ordered 3 trays. I asked for my son's tray to have a chicken wrap with no ranch and no cheese..it had ranch on it. My sister and my chicken wraps had no lettuce. The biggest problem however was the amount of chicken on our chicken wraps for all three trays. There barely was any! My sister's Sprite was only carbonation. Very disappointed.
Sat in line for 15 minutes no one offered to take my order so I drove around and asked the car in front of me to move and as soon as I moved up they took the order of the car behind me. They also we’re steadying taking orders and giving food to the other line. Then I walked up to the window when the next car moved and she asked me to step around to the walk up window and then the cook got smart with me and told her not to take my order. I understand if your short staffed everyone is that’s just how times are right now but don’t be rude and at least let the customers in the drive through know you’ll be with them in a few minutes. No reason to be rude.
I ordered three cookout trays, one was for my child. My husband’s and Sons were completely wrong. We were rushed and I asked for ketchup and she said don’t have any!? Like what happened to manners?? I’ve been to this location before and it’s been good service, but I don’t know what happened tonight… and the thing is they weren’t super busy. I love the food just want better customer services and employees to read the screen correct. Thank you
I love this location with all my heart! The staff is always super nice and they always make my ranch wraps PERFECT! They all deserve raises!
Worst experience I have ever had with cookout!!! Will never come back.
