Husband & I decided to give this place a try. I’ve eaten at a Chipotle but not this one. We will not be returning. The place was a mess, all of the tables needed to be wiped down, the trash was overflowing, the napkin dispenser was empty, and the drink station was filthy. The restaurant was not busy & there might have been 3-4 other customers at the time we went (after 2 p.m.). The food did taste good, however, the meat portions were just sad. I get more meat on a taco from Taco Bell! We will be sticking with Moe’s from now on. At least their chips are free & their cups of queso are much larger. Disappointing.
I just order and recived my food from uber. like the portion is ridiculous . spend 10.
This Chipolte is the worst one I have ever eaten at. A 1 star is a high grade for this place. This place is always out of something. They were out of cash for 3 weeks. In the middle of lunch they are always out of forks, or straws. Last week they were out of napkins. One day I waited 30 minutes for rice, something that takes 10 min to make. Today there's is one only 1 juice out of 4. The place is always dirty. I work nearby so I come here often and I love the food at Chipotle but this is my last time to this one. This one is run really bad.
Very disappointing. As someone who works in the food business I’m thoroughly displeased with the way that store is looking right now. The only one working is one guy i didn’t get the name of. He’s 18 (from what I was told) and has a full beard. All of the teenage girls are too busy talking to take care of customers and the short one with a bun on the register was incredibly rude. No one is working nor cleaning anything. Just talking loudly and proudly. I came at 7:50pm so hopefully the managers can run the tapes back but truly pitiful staff tonight. Not only that but the store was a mess. There are far too many employees there right now for there to be no full trays of food on that line. The closing time is 10 and there are plenty of customers. There is 0 reason for someone to have to pull food for my bowl when there is prepaid food in the fridge to refill that line. SMH.

Hey Chipotle, change your manager here!!! It’s disgusting place to eat. Mess is everywhere. All tables were dirty! No toilet paper in the restroom. Outside tables are dirty as well. I don’t eat meat, so I have to ask for double triple times to put more veggies and greens.
Chipotle was always one of my favorites for a quick stop. Went to the restaurant in Summerville the Saturday before last. The place was filthy, tables were dirty, the drink station looked like a bomb hit it. Ordered my lunch from a server who was rude and abrupt. I felt like I was in the Seinfeld "No Soup For You" episode. The cashier was the same. Then I committed the crime of asking for napkins. The girl at the cashier made me feel like I asked her to cut my toenails. The food was awful no taste Sorry Chipotle, but it's adios for me
This location is disgusting. You got a bunch of kids working. I saw the customer get disrespected by a worker today. When the lady walked out, the workers laughed. This location needs to be shut down, or new management needs to take over. This place is also dirty. Nobody was cleaning up. Also if you do not have the exact change be prepared to use your debt and credit card.
Staff was super rude, like they were annoyed they had to take our order. The rice was a clump of mush, the guacamole was brown, the chicken was squishy...just icky. The dining room was filthyyy. There was a huge group of employees standing around in the dining room talking super loudly and inappropriately...
Three of us had an early dinner at the Summerville location. Two of us ate the exact same thing and were ill all night and the next day. The management needs to make sure the food is fresh and not left out. This was the only food we ate on Sunday evening. So, it definitely was food poisoning.
