My husband and I have been living in Japan for over 5 years, and have missed American Asian food. Funny right? This was the first time we have eaten American Asian food since we moved back here with our children. They did not disappoint. They have a salad bar if you want salad. When I eat too much I tend to get very sick, and this is a buffet…so I’m sure it’s common for people to feel very tired afterwards. I took some photos and sent them to our kids who are out of state currently, and they’re excited. It reminds them of home in Okinawa, Japan. Everything from the gold Foo dogs outside to the decor inside, to the aquarium. One place in Japan that we went to eat, had a similar vibe to it, but was seaside and had an outdoor patio you could eat at. (The restaurant beside Kadena Marina in Okinawa, Japan.)Two of our children were born in Japan and all three were raised there, and they miss it so much. We all miss it. It was very hard to find American Asian food in Japan, because everything is so authentic. Now we are back in the states and miss the authentic Japanese food. ? They have a lot of different foods our picky kids will eat, so I’m excited to take them here. The restaurant itself is huge, but the buffet is not as big as the other one we went to in Greensboro, North Carolina. (I think it’s called Hibachi Grill Buffet and it’s near Four Seasons Mall.) Overall, my husband and I enjoyed the food and we will definitely be coming back with our children. They have hot wings, carrot cake, chocolate cake, ice cream, the infamous Chinese buffet donuts, some delicious yeast rolls with the honey butter spread. They have boiled crab, low mein, sesame chicken etc.I’ll try to update my review when they’re not as busy and it’s just us and the kids.We went during dinner time and we both got sweet tea. I’ll be getting water next time, my body isn’t used to the sugar or the caffeine.I added a photo of our receipt from dinner on a Thursday night because I know I’m always watching reviews for prices. It was $13.50 per person, but I know places are struggling and tend to raise their prices. But for a buffet, this isn’t a bad price. We paid more per person at restaurants in Japan, so we have no complaints about prices in the states. Everything here is far more cheaper. ?I’ll try to take more photos when they are less busy. I didn’t want to get other people in the shots, but the restaurant is way bigger than the photos suggest. Also, Please don’t forget to tip your servers! You can tip them when you are paying your bill.

It has a reasonable price and there is a lot of food. Their mango cakes are so good the ice cream is very cold so you can take your time eating, the employees were very nice. Would want to come back even if it is very far away.

First time eat there in a long time. Very good food. Very nice and friendly staff. Was with my sister and her husband and had a good time. Spent the day together then had lunch.

Their food is amazing I got a takeout order. But try the Hibachi Bar the food was wonderful cooked to perfection I love eating at this place! And you can tell the food is good because it is always crowded they also have a very clean and neat buffet bar food always look fresh and tasty.

First time I've ever gone to a Chinese buffet and had to take a number for you waiting time. The food is decent and they continuously stock the bar and fill your drinks so you don't miss anything. Definitely worth the money.

Chinese buffets are slim pickins in West Ashley. So traveling to Summerville to try this place was well worth it. They seem to have more of a variety of Chinese food than most places in the Charleston area.Staff is a nice and friendly, the price is worth it. The only complaint is parking. The driveway is slim and is easy to pass if you've never been there.

Best Chinese buffet in all of the greater Charleston area. We drive from Hanahan to dine here because of the excellent service and the delicious food. They buffet bar is well kept up and full, always. I also would like to add, if you like Kimchi, they have the best around. ❤️

Quality of food and taste has gone way down. I wasn’t happy with any of my take out food I purchased yesterday. Even the eggs rolls weren’t good and smelt funny. Spoke with the manager and her solution was to bring back the food to be replaced. Well that would be a great solution if I didn’t live 30 minutes away. She told me to just keep the food in the refrigerator and when I’m back in the area just bring the food back. I’m sure that’s some kind of health violation. Lol? do better people?

China Town has been a staple in Summerville for decades and had always had really good food. This most recent visit was no exception. The staff was friendly, wearing masks, and cleaning the buffet areas constantly. The food was fresh and hot. The Mongolian was excellent as well with a friendly chef. We will be back as we always have been. Very reliable quality of food, cleanliness, and friendliness.

Probably my favorite Chinese buffet. The dish on the right is from there Mongolian barbecue. These two plates are all it took to fill me up this trip. Very delicious the food is fresh. Friendly service as usual.
