nice staff . the food was good .
The owner was friendly and polite, food was really good and out quickly.I noticed when I got home that I was charged for tap water, no biggie, it wasn't listed on the menu though. I was also charged for using a credit card when I paid cash, bigger! My friends went last week and had the same issue of being charged for credit card use while paying cash. May seem insignificant, as it's only about 20c, but I feel strongly about this fraudulent practice. Check your receipt before you leave.EDIT to the owner **** thank you for your reply. I paid cash which u state affords me a 3% discount, instead I was charged 3%. I said that charging for tap water was no biggie but would have been nice if it was stated on your menu. The point of my review was to alert people to check their receipt while there as i'm sure you would have given me a refund. I live over 20 miles away and I was not driving back to get 20c.
My husband and I was looking for someplace new to try and we found this place. I was a little hesitant but omg! I’m so glad we went! The meals we had were amazing and full of flavor! And don’t get me started on the ranch fries! I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I don’t usually leave reviews so for me to put this here is a big deal. Definitely try this place! The chicken club is to die for!!!
I was very disappointed today. They advertised 3.00 Taco Tuesday, but when I went to order I was told by the "acting" Manager the price was wrong on the board and that was not the correct price. When asked can she give the advertised price she said NO and that she only work there. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I ordered water, I was charged 1.08 for a cup of water. So I did not eat at this establishment. They missed money from 2 customers today.
1st time at this location and the food took an hour just for it to be the completely wrong order. I ordered honey mustard and sweet and sour wings but received all spicy hot wings. I called the location back 5 or 6 times and the line was busy. It was already after 8 pm and I lived 30 minutes away. They need more people at the counter to help with orders and make sure they are correct.
So after craving wings and wanting takeout nearby, we came across chill n grill. Read reviews, place looked clean, so we thought we’d try it out. Little did we know these wings are crazy good. My husband and I also split the salad and I wanted the sweet potato fries which were very, very good. Very ? This is the first review I think I’ve ever written except for one of my friends that wanted me to write a review for her work. But I am sincerely taking the time to write this review because you have to go get some wings or maybe some other food from this place. I’m not playing go get it. Now. That is all except for I like the music and the atmosphere, very chill
Moving from NY it's been a challenge for my family and I to find the northern type of foods we are accustom to eating. Then we found chill and grill on trolly Rd and let me tell you the fried mushrooms are to die for and the Philly cheese steak sub and the sweet and hot fried jumbo shrimp and the wings are huge and soo good . I can go on and on to the point felt like home again!! Love this place and family owned and operated with 5 locations . Just be patient when ordering it takes a minute but well worth it.
I ordered pick up on a Friday night. They were slammed. took longer than quoted, however it was enjoyable sitting in there watching the tv's, and watching the staff hustling and getting it done. They even have one on cartoons for kids. Staff was very nice. Every single one of them working hard! They food was very tasty, good temperature and presentation. FYI: they are hiring for several positions.
Okay so I didn't get photos last time (this is from my first trip to Chill and grill because I was drinking home a shoveling the food into my face so I didn't have and free hands lmfao but omg they are ON POINT!DAMN GOOD FOOD AND NICE PEOPLE. THE OWNERS ARE SUPER NICE. Love the owners. They are super down to earth people. ??????????
I came in and ordered to go at 6:15 on 1/20. 20 minutes later a couple came in and ordered food there whole order was out within 30 minutes, meanwhile I waited an hour and 32 minutes for our food. This was our first time ordering from here. I didn’t check the order which I should have done. When I got home one whole house rice was missing, ranch for the mushrooms were missing, cocktails sauce was missing, and my grilled shrimp with fried fish was all grilled. I called immediately to notify them I wanted my money back. I paid in cash rather than card. They took a message and said the owner would cal me back. I called 3 more times over the week trying to get my money back or the owner on the phone. I finally had time between work and kids to show up and was told the owner would only refund the house fried rice and refused to talk to me over the phone. There was so much wrong with this situation and I have been ignored the whole time and even when showing up in person the guy can’t have any respect for his customers to make the situation right and refund. If I had paid by card I could charge it back and at this point he’s just holding money hostage. These are horrible business practices and should not be supported. I wanted to support a local business but after this we can’t. I’m still awaiting a call and my money back but I’m sure it won’t happen.
